It went well.Of course in these situations there are more services needed to completely solve the problem.

I discovered a leak from my tank-less hot water heater late on a Saturday night and the guys from Drain Pro told me how to turn the water off to stop the leak and they were at my house first thing Sunday morning to diagnose the problem. Turns out some pipes inside the heater were broken (I never knew that they needed to be flushed especially given the hard water in Manhattan Beach) and the unit needed to be replaced). The team was back on Monday putting in a new heater with no mess, no issues, and no problems. It was the easiest plumbing fix I've ever had and the cost was very reasonable given that they added a water treater to the system. I would definitely call Drain Pro again for any plumbing needs.

The fixed the toilet fixed and cleaned out calcium inside toilet system. It went well.

I first contacted them on November 19th. I waited for him to call and finally I called again on the 20th. He said that he did not receive the email from Angie's List. My toilet and sink were clogged up for those days as I am waiting. He said he was busy and he wanted to cancel the appointment that he had made for the morning and would come the afternoon of the 22nd. He came in the afternoon and did the estimate. He said he would be back the morning of the 23rd to do the work. Someone called Saturday morning and said he had a medical emergency and could not come. I insisted that someone come and do the work. He came by on that afternoon, someone else from the company, and got the toilet and bathtub working. He took the plugs out and and did not have the right tools so he was supposed to come back Tuesday and do the work. It has been well over a week and he still has not come. He has not shown up or called.

The toilet was backing up but it didn't affect any of the other plumbing in the house. Mike handle the problem and made a few suggestions on how to prevent future problems. He was polite and has a good personality. He's had done work in our neighborhood for years and knew a lot of our neighbors. We were pleased with his work and we'll use him again in the future.

Both were very personable and I would use them again, as well as recommend to my neighbors.

Mike and Ken are professional, seasoned, polite and they get the job done thoroughly and efficiently. They voluntarily provided helpful tips and tricks to fix any number of minor maintenance issues that tend to arise over time with ANY type of property (which most plumbers won't do, in my experience). Overall, it was a very pleasant, helpful, educational experience and would definitely recommend them for any plumbing services.

Changed appointment time three times, the last time I called at 7:00 pm and he was not going to come for two more hours. He said the drive was to far and the traffic was horrible????? He left me in a real bind, my toilet was unusable, and I wish he was honest from the start that he didn't feel like driving to Orange Co. Thats better than pushing out the time till all hours.

Great. Love the guys. Down to earth. Friendly. Helpful. Honest. Fun. I would definitely hire them for my future plumbing needs.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was really good. There were no additional charges.

I was very happy with them and what they did. They got everything done and it was things that I couldn't have done. The toilets are working great now. They were on time and they were really neat. He looked around and checked some other things such as my water heater. He was fast. There were no additional charges. The price was real good. It's not running now so I must be saving money on my water bill. They were neat in appearance.

Mike was right on time. I had the part for the toilet and he installed it. He showed me his work and the toilet worked well. He then inspected several faucets and other plumbing issues in the home and gave me suggestions on how to manage them.

They great thing about them is that they often find things that weren't done well by previous people and they fix them. They are very competent. We have always had a problem with that toilet, which was a result of how it was installed. They did everything they could to fix it and our toilet no longer wobbles.

They came to our rescue on more than one occasion. They were punctual and courteous. Jobs were done in an efficient and timely manner and they cleaned up completely when finished. They were amazingly friendly and patient to our requests.

I had a problem toilet, which is why I bought the deal. When the plumber arrived, he was able to immediately tell me what was wrong. He offered some good advice about the type of toilet I had, and the problems I could expect. He told me what part I needed to order from the manufacturer and that he would return and install it. After 5 days the part arrived and they returned to install it. The toilet works great and I was not charged anything extra. As promised in the deal, they also went around and gave me good tips about my drains and faucet. Even the garbage disposal.

Ken arrived within the hour window provided and immediately fixed the slow-filling toilet. He then took me on a tour of all of our plumbing, teaching me tricks to keep everything clean and running efficiently. I didn't know they hadn't been and that it was costing me money! Even our tankless water heater. Drain Pro will be doing an additional major job for us in the near future since we were so happy and impressed with them!

It was a great experience in a tough situation and I feel very fortunate that I happened to hire them, never having worked with them before.

Even with the additional work, the job was completed in one day. I was very impressed with Mike and his crew. They did a great job of completing the work and cleaning up after themselves when they were done. The problem was solved at the price quoted, even though it involved much more work and expense on their part. We have a permanent solution to the sewer line issue and were able to complete the sale of the house, and our beautiful but troublesome tree was preserved intact for the new owners. Mike and Ken were terrific, and I can't recommend their work highly enough. .

I was blessed today to discover Drain Pro. I had a major sewer stoppage and already had another quote from a plumber that was sent by my home warranty service. I called Mike to get a second opinion, and am so glad I did. He came quickly, and we eventually discovered that if the first plumber had been allowed to proceed, I would have paid a lot of money for a "fix" that wouldn't have worked and would have torn up a huge chunk of my yard. Mike and Ken took another route to the problem (snaked a camera through the roof vent, which was very difficult) and fixed the stoppage. I am totally confident that Mike and Ken are super-competent at what they do. It was a very complicated situation. On top of that we simultaneously had water leaking through a retaining wall in the back yard. They went with me, around to the next street, to my back neighbor's yard to see what was the problem- thinking it might be their pool was leaking. When we couldn't find the problem there, they figured that it was actually due to another neighbor one house up who had left his sprinkler on all darn day. I doubt I would have ever gotten to the bottom of it so quickly. Estimates are just that: estimates. It's clear that if I had gone with the other company, it would have cost me a lot more in the end. Mike and Ken don't lowball; they give you a real accurate estimate because they are able to diagnose the problem - like a good doctor. Mike and Ken are transparent in what they do, very nice guys, and explain everything in detail (I'm sure I drove Mike crazy with my questions, and he was so patient). I even called him later in the evening with two more questions - thinking I would get the machine, but instead caught him at a Cub Scouts meeting - and he didn't act as though I was bothering him. What else can you say about guys who really know what they are doing, are fair, and are nice about it? They have a client for good. Thanks guys!!!!

Very good experience. Was recommended by fellow church member. Was able to arrange appointment for only 3 days later. Mike called when he was delayed at an earlier job same day. Even called when in freeway traffic jam.
