Mike and his colleague had to come 3 times total and had to find multiple spare parts but the job was done right. It cost more than I anticipated but this was due to labor x 2 plumbers so I knew the cost wouldn't be low. But I'm very happy with the work and honesty.

I decided to check Angie's list for a plumber when I was unable to replace the flapper on my toilet. My regular plumber was unavailable, and I didn't want the toilet to run all night. I turned off the water using the shut off valve behind the toilet, and searched the list until I found a 24 hour plumber in my area. I decided to go with Mike from Drain Pro because he was available at 6pm on a Friday night. Mike came over and was unable to install the Corky's universal flapper I had purchased from Lowe's; however, he had a green flapper on his truck that he installed which provided a temporary fix. He charged me $85 for the service call which reflected a $10 discount for using Angie's List; and instead of charging $5 for the flapper, he traded my flapper for the one he installed on my toilet. At that time, I asked him how much he would charge to install a new toilet and a bathroom faucet. Mike quoted me a price of $125 for toilet and faucet installation. He also said if I have any problems with the flapper I should give him a call. The next morning around 8am, I called Mike because the toilet still wasn't flushing properly. Mike said he would apply the amount I had paid for the original service call to the additional repairs needed to fix the toilet or change the toilet. I told him I would change the toilet, and he advised me to purchase a new one and he would come by that day to install it. When I didn't hear from Mike by 4 pm, I called him. Mike said he was out with a boy scout troop and would call me when he was done. Mike didn't call back until after 6pm which was too late for a toilet install, so we agreed to reschedule for Monday. My problems with Drain Pro: Mike installed the new toilet on Monday afternoon after I got off work. At that time, his charge for the toilet install jumped from $125 which is what he had previously quoted me to $150 plus he tried to include an additional charge of $20. I was prepared to pay an additional $40, but I was surprised when Mike said I owed $65. I begrudgingly gave him the $65, but reminded him of his original quote of $125 for the toilet install. Mike then told me I still owed additional money for the materials he used. I looked at the "list of materials" he was trying to charge me for, and they were all things that were included with the Kohler toilet. He actually was trying to charge for materials that I had already paid for! The Kohler toilet I purchased included a wax ring along with everything necessary to switch out the toilets. Conveniently, the "materials" he was trying to "resell" me cost $20. $65+$20 = $85, the costs of another service charge! I had a friend of mine call Mike the next day from another number to inquire about the cost of a toilet install and he quoted her a price of $125. Businesses that use these types of bait and switch practices are deplorable and dishonest. I would never use this company again.

It turns out that there is no pipe leak. The water damage was caused by a leaky 5 gallon water bottle from Sparkletts. They worked hard and could have charged me a lot more than a $95 charge. He even gave me a ten dollar discount using your Angie's coupon. Nice guys also. I highly recommend them.

Checked Angie's List for a local 24-hour plumber. Called the company at 3:30AM in a panic. My call was answered in a professional manner despite the early morning call. The tech, Mike agreed to come to my home at 6:00AM and arrived at 5:50AM prompt. Mike presented himself as a professional and his quick ability to diagnose the issue was very calming for me. Mike eventually discovered that the blocked causing my sink to backup was further down the main drain line so he snaked it. Mike removed the debris, reconnected the piping under the sink and tested the draining and disposal for any other issues.The problem was resolved in less than 15-20 mins. I was able to resume my morning routine without issue. Mike was very courteous and professional throughout. He charged me a fair price and provided me with an invoice. He's my go to plumber if I should need one in the future.

I scheduled an estimate date, and the tech was late. After he gave the bid, I accepted, and we made a date for service. I called the day of to check to make sure that he was coming out, and I discovered that he was on another job and would not be able to make the appointment. If I had not called and spoken with the owner Lambson, I would not have even known that he was going to be a no show. Assuming that I had received communication before the date of service, I would have been more understanding, but at this point I would not recommend him to anyone.

Services were never performed due to lack of provider never showing up

Mike was very courteous and went above and beyond. Luck would have it that my plumbing backed up after dinner. After frantically calling plumbers on Angie's List, Mike picked up the phone and at first told me that he couldn't make it because of a prior commitment. Lucky for us, he was able to make some arrangements and called me back to tell me he could stop by in half hour. I explained the situation and Mike confirmed my belief that the sewer line to the street was backed up. When he opened up the sewer clean out, water came out and further confirmed it. He used an electric snake and ran a camera through the line to give me an idea on the conditions of the pipes. Overall, I was very pleased with his quick response, professionalism, and attention to detail. I would definitely use Mike again for any plumbing services.

So they did what was necessary and the odor was gone.

Mike was responsive, friendly, and efficient in unclogging my sink drain. He was able to come out within two hours of contacting him. He charged about half what another outfit wanted to do the same job. I'm very glad to have my kitchen back!

The thing that impresses me about "Team Mike/Ken" is how solid their background and knowledge of plumbing is. In addition to this, they are extremely kind and respectful of eachother and the customer. They explain things, give information a non-plumber wouldn't know, offer options and you get real value for the price you pay them.

I contacted Drain Pros through Angie's list and Mike was very prompt in getting back to me. My sink drain was clogged and he was able to come by within an hour! He snaked the drain line out to the main sewer to ensure the line was clear. Ken also showed me how to clean my garbage disposer with ice and dishwashing soap. Drain Pros were very professional, helpful and cost effective. Thanks Mike and Ken!

They arrived within 15 minutes of the two hour window of time that they scheduled for me - They were both friendly and got right to it - They started with the shower - After a couple of attempts with the snake, they finally broke through whatever was obstructing the water flow (something that I had tried to do constantly over the 3 day holiday weekend) - I was very happy about that - Then they had to install a couple of new parts in my toilet and now I have a silent toilet once again - They were friendly, funny and very easy to communicate and work with - I would definitely call and use them for any other plumbing job that comes up - The prices were great - Thanks Mike and Ken for a job well done.

I wasn't sure what part he really was talking about. I would think that they would call me back to check and see if I got the part, but I didn't hear from them anymore.

After struggling with sewer main issues and finally replacing all of my sewer lines out to the sidewalk, ends up the pipe collapsed just beyond and out into the street. Normally this would have costs thousands of dollars. They discovered the problem and gave me a great deal even discounting the cost of water jetting and video inspection from the replacement cost. They were half the price of the cheapest competetion. Very fast and professional and worked with me on the price.

Mike and Ken came out promptly to review our situation. They ran a camera down to take a look before offering a thorough analysis of what we were working with. They were very professional in their handling of providing a second opinion which was great. Ken shared samples of their recommended repair materials and specific examples of how the repair would work for our home. Ultimately we have decided on a temporary solution but their advice was extremely helpful and we are keeping their contact info for our next plumbing need. Thank you DrainPro!

I called Saturday morning and they agreed to come mid-day. Came on time. Recognized problem immediately. Took care of it and were gone within 15 minutes. Courteous, respectful.

It was a bit challenging figuring out a time, but Mike was super professional and knowledgable and also looked at my old water heater and gave me some ideas and estimates. Didnt try to upsell me. I would use again.

I called and within an hour they were at my home and cleaned out my drain. I was extremely happy with their response.

They did exactly as promised, offered suggestions about several other issues, and provided information about a future project I was considering. When it is time for that project, I will definitely call them to do it for me.

I had a dripping faucet that was quite annoying to me. I called Mike and he came out the very next day (no one else was interested in my samll job). I told Mike that I am in the middle of a bathroom rehab and I didn't want to replace the faucet because the vanity would be replaced soon. He explained to my self method didn't work and how to flush the cartridge if the problem re-occurred before I replaced the vanity. Mike was professional and very friendly. I believe he's my new plumber!!

The very loose Drain Pro estimate provided on the first visit was based on eyeballing the problems rather than actually checking to see what needed doing. While completing part of the required work on the second visit, Mr Lambson discovered more needed to be done and would have to make a third visit. Prior to that visit, my husband told me we were going to be charged another $100 for the third trip charge. When he called Mr Lambson to tell him the work he'd done earlier needed some adjustment, I took the opportunity to ask Mr Lambson if he was really going to charge us for the extra trip, as I thought the purpose of the first trip was to determine what work was required and then come prepared to do the whole job. Mr Lambson replied that he couldn't afford to spend 2-3 hours doing an estimate, and that "yes" it would cost $100 just for the return trip. The rub is that the accurate estimate would have taken an extra 15 minutes. The real reason he couldn't do a proper estimate was that he showed up at our house the first time after spending the entire day digging in the dirt under someone's house, and he and his assistant were filthy. We don't even wear shoes in our home in order to keep it neat and clean, and I was surprised that any service person would go to a customer's home in that condition. To his credit, he did remove his shoes at the door, but even his socks had dirt on them so he wore booties over the socks. I did not tell Mr Lambson we would not pay the extra trip charge, but he must have assumed that because he has never returned to complete the work. On his second visit he removed a two-inch pipe from somewhere, put it on the tub, and told us not to lose it. It's still sitting there. Since Angie's rating does not allow for a "partially completed" job, we give Drain Pro Plumbing a B for the work done and D for the work they should have done but didn't, resulting in a C over-all. With regard to the cost of the service, as I mentioned, it was loosely estimated at $300-500, and he charged us the full $500 for the second visit. The total would have been considerably more had they completed the job.
