Our specialty is all types of stone restoration including: marble polishing, marble restoration, granite repair, travertine cleaning, travertine polishing, concrete polishing, limestone polishing, limestone sealing, stone cleaning, and other surfaces. Our Sureshine Service Guarantee applies to all projects: Sureshine Care and Restoration Services, Inc. guarantees all work to be completed as indicated. If you are not satisfied, call our office and we will return to remedy the situation at no obligation or additional cost. License # 906156. We clean and seal all hard surfaces including tile and grout and concrete. We do not perform granite flake epoxy garage floor coatings.

It went beautifully. The team was on time; worked steadily and efficiently; were pleasant and upbeat; and my floors look almost new again.
Our floors and stairs had not been touched still they were installed in 2001. They were in need of regrounting, epoxy fill in the larger holes, polishing and sealing. Everesto and his crew delivered on every item. I was completely paranoid about potential water damage from the diamond grinding, due to my home having all MDF baseboards and door frames. Water contact will destroy them. The team masked off everything including my piano and appliances and sealed the plastic again to the floor with duct tape. They used the water sparingly and were very conscientious about my concerns. Everything came out well and I will use them again for some granite and travertine counter polishing later this year. I called Sureshine after I was totally deluded by my previous contractor, he was not able to clean the tiles of my pool after 3 attempts.
They came and performed the work in the 3 days as I was told.
I was not totally happy with the outcome of that job so I called them back.
With my surprise the owner came back immediately the day the day after and took care of me personally.
I am now happy with my backyard.
I think Ted is a honest, caring and super hard working person.
I never saw the owner working so hard!
And Page (front office) is super nice.
I would call Sureshine for my maintenance again next year, calling the same provider again is the best review any customer can leave...

I provide you a verbal quote on the day of the estimate and showed you exactly how it would be done as it is well within the scope of work that we offer. I had an abrasive cleaner with me and did a couple of demo areas for you and it appeared to solve your problem. As I was leaving, you thanked me for my time and said you would call Paige in my office to Schedule an the project once you received my written quote and gave it to your installer, whom was going to pay for it. It appears that we had your email address incorrect in our system. The email address that we had in the system did not include the "e" at the end of your first name so the email that I sent at 4:04 pm on the day of the estimate did not reach you. I was surprised we had not performed your project as I thought you were very interested. But we don't get every job and I thought you may have had it handled by another provider. While I am glad you were able to get your problem solved I am disheartened by your review saying you did not hear from us. Wow! They did a lot of work for what I feel is a great price. PLUS, their service from the initial phone call all the way through to the two men who did the work is outstanding!
I didn't think that the bathroom counter top travertine could be saved and I was expecting to have to replace it because it was in such bad shape around the faucet and handles. Wow again! Was I surprised when it came out looking like it was brand new!
The crack in the travertine office floor was very noticeable before. After the cleaning and repair I had a hard time finding where it had been before. Excellent.
Our slate outdoor BBQ was apparently sealed with an incorrect coating the last time we had it sealed by another company and it had turned cloudy, they used a product that should not be used on slate. Sureshine stripped the existing coating , cleaned and sealed with the proper sealer and it looks beautiful. It brought back all of the beauty of the natural stone.
The Granite Kitchen counter and backsplash look new again.
I'm very sorry that I can not remember the names of the two professionals who did the work, but I must say that they were outstanding. Prompt, CLEAN, covered and taped everything next to the work areas and very polite and personable. Really a super couple of guys.
I will ONLY use Sureshine in the future for all of the stone surfaces in my home. I highly recommend them!
