I am very happy with the work. They were efficient, friendly, and did a very good job.

Very professional, quiet and quick. Two comments: 1)found several downstairs windows left unlocked after they left, 2)used my kitchen sink to rinse a dirty rag rather than using the utility sink in the garage.

DO: Ask if there will be any additional charges? (Prior to commencement of work) DO: Count all the windows in your home prior to purchasing a package. ( I obviously did not :() Staff was professional, clean, hard working and prompt. Customer Service went out of her way to accomodate my move in schedule and it was appreciated.

They worked really quickly finishing the job in just over an hour despite our windows being exceptionally dirty. They were very specific about making sure we were happy and guaranteed the cleaning through the rain that was expected for the next day. The men were polite and professional. They did miss a couple of spots but were happy to fix them when pointed out. My only complaint is that they knocked off some trim on the windows above the door. Know doubt the wood was old and tired but they didn't clean it up or mention it to us. I would use this service again.

They arrived when they said and went right to work. Two people worked inside and one outside. The owner was with them. They are very neat and left no messes. The windows look wonderful. This was a 6 month maintenance, so they were in and out in less than an hour. We used them last October and will use them again this coming October. We are very happy with their work.

They called when they were on their way and arrived on time. The owner and two of his workers showed up and he cleaned the inside while the other two worked on the windows outside. They were here for about and hour. The windows had not been cleaned in three years and they were dirty. The did and excellent job on the screens and windows and will be calling them back in the next 6 to 12 months to clean again!

I live in a new home in a new neighborhood. The houses are large, there are many windows. Because of home construction and landscaping projects going on everywhere (including my own) my windows were filthy. As I walked around the house contemplating doing it myself I decided to check Angies List to see if there were any providers listed and to learn about pricing. Stanley Window Care jumped out because of many favorable reviews and A ratings. I trust Angies List reviewers and decided to give them a try. Prior to arrival on my scheduled day of service I received a call from Jeff Stanley stating he would arrive at my house in approximately 15 minutes and asked if it was ok to be early. Imagine that, a contractor that arrives early! Jeff and a crew of 4 arrived at my home, gave me a quote and then pounced on the job with vigor. These guys know what they are doing and quickly attacked my construction zone windows that hadn't been cleaned in a year. Two guys inside moving window to window, room to room, two guys outside and Jeff running around pitching in and checking every room. Jeff communicated regularly, explaining the process, showing me things that couldn't be made perfect and explaining why. It took the crew less than 2 hours to do the job. I think it would have taken me all day (or more) to do a much worse job. When my wife got home she looked around, smiled and said "wow". The price is ridiculously low, (they could easily get more) the service excellent and the results much better than expected. They use deionized water (dries with no spots and is used by car detailers) and bring all the specialty tools homeowners just don't have at their disposal. I will never clean my windows by myself again, I will use Stanley Window Care every six months as part of their "maintenance program". I will need to look at their website to see what other services they provide. 6000 sq ft house, lots of windows, under 2 hours, under 300 - I'm a fan!

They arrived on time, very efficient team of four men and noted all issues with our windows and screens ( leaking window, old tracks on some, and torn screens, etc.,) after the job was done. They were in and out in 45 minutes, and did an excellent job. They exceeded our expectations.

The crew was efficient, polite, and very professional. They work like a pit crew! We have 35 windows throughout the house, they were done in 45 minutes. The windows look amazing. It's an old house that we bought a few months ago, and I don't think the windows had been cleaned in 10+ years. They did an amazing job! I've already scheduled our next appointment.

, They also let us know when the screens were ripping and when the double panes we had were broken seal, so there was moisture inside. Very friendly and professional staff.

As always, Stanley Window Care arrived on-time, were thorough, efficient and did a great job! I will definitely use again.

They were very punctual. 4 guys arrived the job was done in less than an hour. They had no solution for the hard water stains on some of the windows. Though in asking our cleaners they proceeded to clean one of the windows that didn't get clean by this business. Also they had no regard for my flower beds thus stepping on my plants to get to one of the windows. I was very disappointed and having to spend unexpected extra money to do the job right has left a bad taste in my mouth. Update: In response to this rating, Jerod Stanley followed up and asked if he could come by and do what he could to address our concerns. He was very professional and gracious and obviously cares about his business and customers. Some of our concerns were quality-oriented, and some could have been addressed through better communication. He indicated that his crews are trained in these things, but in our case things did not go as they should have. I'm confident that our concerns will be addressed internally. Jerod removed all possible hard water stains free of charge to make up for the issues we had on the original service. I was very impressed with Jerod personally and his willingness to do everything he could to make things right. All things considered, it seems fair to upgrade the overall rating, quality and professionalism to B. This accounts for both our original experience and the follow-up visit which was excellent and on its own would have rated an A. Because of Jerod's efforts, we would be willing to try their service again in the future and would now be comfortable recommending them to others.

We've used Stanley Window Care three times now; all have been very positive experiences. Most recently, we had two gentlemen from Stanley WIndow Care arrive to clean our windows and remove the tint from the wndows of our home. They arrived on time, had a professional appearance and were very friendly. Don't be discouraged if when you call you have to leave a message. Rebecca is very good at calling back within a few hours and she'll go out of her way to accommodate the day/time you are requesting for your appointment. They're pricing is also very reasonable and there are never any surprises. We will continue to use Stanley Window Care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They did a great job. Arrived on time, removed the screens and made sure the windows were tightly closed., wore booties in the house. They were fast, thorough and very pleasant!

Professional, efficient, fast. The windows are so clean that I keep thinking I left the sliding glass door open.
