Stanley window cleaning is a family-owned business that has been servicing orange county for 16 years. owners jeff & jerod take pride that they are on every job site and able to guarantee high-quality workmanship and excellent customer care. we have an additional 6 members who make up our work crew, as well as office staff. we service small single-family homes as well as exclusive estates ranging upwardsw of 10,000-15,000 sq.ft. we have preformulated pricing, so it doesn't matter if you live in a condo in irvine or behind the gates of coto. we will meet or beat any existing quote out there! we also pride ourselves on our next day follow-up call to verify that you have received 100% customer satisfaction. if not, we will come back at no charge to make it right. stanley window cleaning has many happy, long-term customers who also take advantage of their discounted maintenance programs. we can come on short notice, or as frequently as you need us to. we have testimonials and references upon request.mention angie's list and you will receive a $50 value to use towards a housewash, hardscape wash, gutter cleaning or mirrors cleaned .

Update: In response to this rating, Jerod Stanley followed up and asked if he could come by and do what he could to address our concerns. He was very professional and gracious and obviously cares about his business and customers. Some of our concerns were quality-oriented, and some could have been addressed through better communication. He indicated that his crews are trained in these things, but in our case things did not go as they should have. I'm confident that our concerns will be addressed internally. Jerod removed all possible hard water stains free of charge to make up for the issues we had on the original service. I was very impressed with Jerod personally and his willingness to do everything he could to make things right.
All things considered, it seems fair to upgrade the overall rating, quality and professionalism to B. This accounts for both our original experience and the follow-up visit which was excellent and on its own would have rated an A. Because of Jerod's efforts, we would be willing to try their service again in the future and would now be comfortable recommending them to others.
Don't be discouraged if when you call you have to leave a message. Rebecca is very good at calling back within a few hours and she'll go out of her way to accommodate the day/time you are requesting for your appointment.
They're pricing is also very reasonable and there are never any surprises.
We will continue to use Stanley Window Care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
