Service Provider ResponseHello [Member Name Removed], First and foremost, I would like to apologize to you for not getting the quote to you in a timely fashion. Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are satisfied from the very beginning to the very end. I spoke with my estimator about your proposal and it does appear he went to your property on the scheduled date. Instead of e-mailing the proposal to you like we said we would, he tried calling to explain that it would not meet our minimum charge. To my understanding there was a game of phone tag involved. Regardless of the phone call, we told you a proposal would be e-mailed to you and it wasn't. I personally would like to take the opportunity to make it up to you. I know you are on a deadline to meet the city requirements, so if it would be acceptable, I would like to send someone out to take care of the problem free of charge. You can reply to this post or call my office and ask for me (Darren) and it will be taken care of within the next couple days. The notes also show that he tried calling and couldn't get though. We might have had the wrong number? Again, I am terrible sorry we missed you. Please understand that it was not intentional.
