I used Bill's Camera about six months ago. I have used them several times. Last time they charged $1 a piece to me for pictures that we had reproduced. I think we spent like $400. We were traveling in the UK and I had a memory card for my camera. I accidentally erased that card. But they were able to recover pictures from that about 90%. That was awesome. My whole trip was going to be ruined from my mistake. So they did that. They also we had vintage pictures and they scanned those pictures for us and put them on a DVD or CD for us which was really helpful for family. It's a small company I think there is just a few employees, maybe four employees in there so you get really good service as far as interaction with them. Their response time is good, it's usually done within a few days. They deal with all kinds of cameras. If you have a camera problem they take care of that too.

While there were a few problems getting the work accomplished because of various problems in Japan, once the work was completed, the camera worked perfectly and in addition to the mechanical repairs, the overall appearance of the camera was cosmetically restored to new condition as well.
