Our Billing Procedures- Our Trip & Diagnose fee to most areas is $69.95 and most of the time the trip fee is waived but that is dependent on the type of repair performed. We do have a flat rate book that takes the guessing out of pricing and reassures the customer that we are fair to all customers. All repairs are expected to be paid at time of completion with cash, check, or credit card.We also offer our Comfort Club Membership which is a 1 year, 2 trip maintenance plan to help the homeowner extend the equipment life, maximize energy savings, and give peace of mind to the homeowner. - $150.00 We offer multiple brands of equipment including: Day and Night, York, Rheem, Carrier, Trane, Goodman, Amana, Comfortmaker, and Gaurdian. We also offer discounts for senior citizens, military, and comfort club members.
