AIR CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENTS

I found Air Controlled Environments on Angie's List when our air conditioner quit cooling. Bill responded quickly and diagnosed the problem. Here comes the good (bad) part. He stated he had to order the compressor.
I have a Home Warranty Policy with Buyer Protection Group (BPG) that covered the air conditioner repairs. We contacted them and they gave their approval for the repairs. They were to issue a Purchase Order to the supplier for the compressor. However, on the scheduled day of repair (one week later), Bill (Air Controlled Environments) went to the supplier only to find they had not received the Purchase Order yet (not very flattering to BPG). He called me with this information and consequently we had to reschedule for the following Monday (another week).
On the morning of the re-scheduled appointment to make repairs Bill contacted me and confirmed he was on his way. He arrived on time and completed the repairs in a reasonable time-frame. He was Courteous, Professional and Thorough! I would definitely use him again.

Very friendly, outgoing and prompt service. He went straight to work and had it repaired and cleaned out in less than an hour. I would definitely use his services again in the future if needed. Plus he gave me a senior discount of 10%.

It went great. He was able to identify the problem almost immediately and replaced the broken part without trying to convince me I needed something more expensive, or worse, a whole new A/C unit. He was prompt, courteous, and the price for parts and labor was very reasonable.

He had to pre-order a new unit that would fit in a custom area in my guest home. The instant Bill received the unit he was here to install. He is the nicest, cleanest man I have ever met. He did a fabulous job!

They provide a first class service. They are very honest, they are reasonable. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. I have used them many times over the years. If they tell you that you need something you do.

HE DOESN'T JUST COME IN AND REPLACE, HE CHECKS WITH THE CITY FIRST TO MAKE SURE THE UNIT SIZE WAS OKAY. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, GOOD LISTENERS. WE ARE ADDING ON IN THE NEAR FUTURE, AND HE RECOMMENDED WHAT SIZE UNITS WE WOULD NEED TO ACCOMMODATE THE ADDITION.
