He arrived and finished in a timely manner and was very professional. I was completely satisfied with his work.

Bob assessed the problem correctly the first time and scheduled an appointment to repair the rollers on my slicing glass window. He also brought me a cleaner to clean hard water stains from another window. I will try this and if it doesn't work well would hire him to replace the window. I would do business with him any time.

After having dealt with home repairs in the past I was hopeful but skeptical that Bob, the CEO of Integrity would even show up. He showed up as promised and the complicated window replacement went without a hitch. He was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Integrity for any of your window repairs needs.

This gentleman called me when he said he would, met me at my home and was in and out in 45 minutes. Replaced the stationary side of my patio door. Cleaned up inside and out, very very pleased that there are contractors that take pride in what they do.

I hired Integrity back in May 2012. Bob repaired a pass through window screen and repaired/replaced 2 screen doors. This June 2015, I contacted Bob about repairing one of the screen doors. He came out exactly the time promised, found that some of the rollers were broken, replaced all of them, and there was no charge. Now, that is customer service!

The screen door ws well priced compared to the competitor. They work fast and I would hire them for the next project.

Arrived on time, wore booties to walk through the house. Replaced the screens on two screen doors. Vacuumed out the screen door frame before rescreening. I would hire him again.

We had a leak. Bob thought it was the window as there was a crack and gave estimate to pop out glass and repair cracked frame. Upon return and after testing for the water leak, Bob determined the glass actually had separated and needed to be replaced. He did not charge for that days work and offered us reasonable estimates for two different types of glass. Came back replaced glass and sealed window. Very prompt, knowledgeable and excellent work. Would highly recommend him.
