replace two windows that has broken seal and a window screen. Price were reasonable for windows and labor. Got a discount on labor for multiple windows and no overcharging for windows on second floor.

In addition to replacing two window panels with a 24 hour turn around from the first visit to the second, he he did an assessment of my screens, repaired one and replaced two. He was on time for each service call and phoned ahead each time.

Bob, the company owner, contacted me within 10 min of submitting my request online through Service Magic. He scheduled an appointment the very next afternoon. He was called prior to arriving was there between his scheduled time and repaired my broken glass easily. I actually had to leave prior to the work being done and he finished and invoiced me via email for everything. I called later to arrange payment over the phone. All in all I was very satisfied with his response, quality of work, professionalism and price!!! 5 STARS!
