In the first vist while giiving estimate he mentioned that the sliding door wheels are fine and no need to replace. Also he mentioned 2 people needed to complete the job and gave quote with 2 peoples labor. While repairing he came alone and still charged for two people labor and mentioned that the wheels need to be replaced and cost extra money.
