I needed to replace a window in my bathroom that been above the bathtub. I had converted the tub to a shower and needed an opaque glass that couldn’t be seen through. He installed rain glass which matched the glass in the shower doors.

Robert was on time and very professional. He repaired my two sliders and a channel balance in one of my windows. If needed, I would hire him again.

He was polite and courteous over the phone and completely honest. No gimmicks/hedging around about taking the screens into the shop and then saying how much it would cost after examining them. He showed up on time, was neat & clean, worked quickly and he did an EXCELLENT job. I highly recommend him and will definitely be contacting him for any future work I might need.

Bob Minoli was very conscientious and professional throughout, and did an excellent job: kept us informed about the status of our order; arrived on time, on the dot in fact; finished on time. Replaced our large picture window without my even having to take down the drapes, and was thorough about cleaning up.

THE INSTALLER WAS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH AND HE KNEW EXACTLY HOW TO INSTALL MY WINDOW. HE WAS ALSO VERY PUNCTUAL AND CAME ON TIME. HE CLEANED MY WINDOW AFTER INSTALLATION AND THE WHOLE AREA AROUND MY WINDOW. THEN HE INSTALLED THE NEW SCREEN AND REATTACHED THE SECURITY ALARM STICKERS, TESTED THE ALARM AND WAITED UNTIL I WAS SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING. I PAID HIM AND TOLD HIM I WAS VERY PLEASED AND HE LEFT.

The owner came out. gave me an estimate. came back on the day off the appointment and was done in about 2 hours. He did a great job. We had one pane of a two pane window broken and the new window looks great.
