I had a scheduled window appointment of two hours with Intregrity. After the allotted time frame, I phoned our repairman to see if he was coming. My phone call seemed to catch him by surprise, he professionally apologized, and arrived within the hour. The service from that point on was PERFECT! I will probably be phoning him again in the future since my CAT was the one who damaged the screens originally.
