Terrible! I have a beeping noise and he just said that my unit is failing and said I either have to invest in a new water heater or repair it for half the cost of a new system. Literally could not tell me anything about it. Just that it’s almost 10 years old (and it was a new build so it’s only been used since 2018) and too bad. Don’t waste your money and go somewhere else.

The dispatcher I spoke with was very courteous and professional during our conversation. He dispatched Miguel S. who was very courteous and prompt. He was very knowledgeable, and he was able to unclog the shower relatively quickly. As a result of the dispatcher, and Miguel, I plan on joining the Bell Rewards program next month because of their exceptional service and work ethic. Their prices are definitely reasonable, and I will definitely refer them to all of my family members and friends. Thank you, Bell Brothers, and thank you Miguel! I give them a 5 Star rating, but they really need 10 Stars.

Kevin Callahan did an initial inspection of the heating and ac system and explained replacement options for the system. Have yet to go forward. The team also suggested using our home warranty first before using them, very up front and professional. Jason

Bell Brother's was decent. There have been a few miscommunications, a few surprised looks, and they had to come back to correct a few mistakes, but overall professional. Admittedly, I did my homework as best as I could, and can't give them 5 stars for some oversights, but I didn't run into any deal breakers. It's still early on, only had system installed for 1 week, so we'll see how they honor any warranties and handle service requests and any issues with City permitting and the HERS test.

I wanted to replace my non-functional HVAC system with new HVAC system in my home. I got six price quotes and after comparing them I selected Bell Brothers. They gave me outstanding product and a wonderful service! The best thing I like about this company is their desire to satisfy their customer to its fullest extent. They demonstrated that they "actually" care for their customer. My specifications were very stringent in terms to features of the system but they made sure they do everything to make me happy. Jaleel Porter from Bell Brother's Heating and Air, Inc. came to the house to install and trouble shoot the installation of two Ecobee Thermostats. We prepaid Best Buy's Geek Squad to installed them but their electrician was not able to install them properly. The job was abandoned by Geek Squad leaving some HVAC wiring mixed up and at least one wire was not connected properly. Jaleel Porter was courteous and has represented his company extremely well. He came wearing protective mask and shoe coverage. He was knowledgeable about the product that he installed. He was also informative about any general and specific HVAC questions and maintenance issues. Moreover, he was also punctual and cordial in communicating how the service works. He was also patient and helpful in teaching us the settings and operations of the system using our apps. He did not leave the premises until everything was functioning properly. Finally, There were no "surprises" and the price was reasonable and competitive.
