We are locally owned and operated, and love serving the Greater Bay Area, and Central San Joaquin Valley. Our focus is residential air conditioning, heating, full-service plumbing and energy upgrade services including home energy audits, air sealing, wall & attic insulation. We love residential. We love working with homeowners and helping to take care of their precious homes. We also keep busy doing light commercial service. The technician, Tony, had been to my condominium complex before, so he is familiar with the HVAC equipment here. I am definitely more than satisfied with the service I received.

"Thanks so much for the feedback. We have looked into this as well as gathered some facts. The service you are speaking of was actually done back in July of 2012, not June 2013. The initial request was an estimate for insulation. We sent a representative (Mark) out to survey your home to explain what type of services we offer. Mark explained to your husband from the very beginning that we were not an insulation contractor but that we do insulation as part of a complete home performance package. Mark explained to your husband that if he was only looking to “blow insulation in” we were not the right company. He also explained that we start by doing a comprehensive energy audit to determine where your home uses and loses energy. Your husband said he wasn’t sure that he would be interested in doing any of the upgrades but was curious how the home would test and agreed to pay $150 to have the energy audit done. We returned a few days later, completed the audit, prepared a report, returned and presented 3 different energy upgrade packages to him. The house actually tested quite well and none of the upgrades we recommended were urgent. He decided to pass on any of the recommendations at the time. About a month later we received a call to repair a water leak on your air conditioner…we provided same day service and it was just a minor drain issue. We strive to provide the best service possible and offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We don't have anything in our system saying we went out to your home recently. There is another company in Fresno called ABC Air Conditioning. The owner of this company does do service work. Our owner doesn't work in the field at all. I was even impressed with the fact that the salesman, Mark was very professional and when he misquoted the rebate we would receive from Carrier ABC cooling took the difference off from the total cost of the bill so the end results was still the same.
My wife and I went with the best they could offer as it would add value to our house, gave us the max amount of rebates and tax breaks and would do a better job coolig the house than their other possibilities.
I have used them sveral times in the past and would easily recommend them to anyone.
