I had gutters installed (by a different vendor) simultaneously to this drainage.  The result was very successful, as the dirt on the side of the house has remained very dry despite the recent rainstorms.   Rain water flows out to the street now instead of seeping into the crawl space.  Jose is a very nice guy and very easy to work with.  He came back two or three different times to make revisions on things and went above and beyond what was expected.  This kind of work is a bit costly, but very labor intensive.  His price was much better than one other competitor who bid the job for me.  I recommend this company.

Jose is great. He's polite, efficient, VERY knowledgeable, and was willing to entertain my requests and questions until I was satisfied.
So far I have been 100% satisfied w/ the quality of his work, and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends or other people w/ sprinkler issues.

Jose came out to give us an estimate on a leaky pipe (part of the sprinkler system) and stayed to do the work immediately. He was a very trustworthy man, not only repaired the leak but did a fabulous clean up job and made sure the rest of the system was working properly. Because we had to leave for work, he left us a bill and I mailed him a check. Two weeks later and all is well .

Jose really understands drainage and is a straight-forward, knowledgeable and dependable tradesperson. He was there when he said he'd be there, completed the job as promised, and communicated the process so I knew what to expect by when. He came back to do some small add-on items related to the crawlspace ventilation- one of those jobs where you have to call and/or visit multiple places just to find the right $10 parts. Understandibly, it's hard to find a highly skilled guy to do a small job like that, but he took the extra time to do it right instead of compromising and taking short cuts.
I graded a and quot;Band quot; for price because I'm sure I could have found someone for less, but it was reeasonably priced and completely worth it to have it done right without worry.

After contacting J J Sprinklers, I had an immediate response, and after explaining that I thought I might have a leak in a sprinkler line, he made arrangements to come out the next day. After examining the ground a little more closely, I realized that there was pooling of water in the mud and slight evidence of bubbling. After checking my water meter, I determined that the leak was more likely a plumbing line problem since the meter indicated a slow, but constant use despite my having no intentional running of water on the property. I called the owner back and explained that rather than a sprinkler line leak that it might be a plumbing line problem and why I thought that as I was concerned that he might not want to get into the plumbing, but after affirming that it was probably a plumbing problem from my description, he reassured me that he knew, and could handle, all kinds of pipes and would be able to take care of my problem. He arrived promptly the next day at the prearranged appointment time and, after digging out the mud, immediately determined that it was indeed a t-section of plumbing off the main line that had sprung a leak in a seam when it was lifted by a very large Jacaranda tree root.
After clearly and patiently explaining the problem with the tree's root system and the plumbing, I knew that the beautiful tree might have to eventually go, but for the present, the line could be repaired by cutting away the offending root. With an understanding of how this might impact the tree, I gave my permission to cut the root so that the line could be repaired. Three hours later, the tree root was cut away, line repaired with new copper pipe, ground replaced and everything was washed down of mud and very clean.
Excellent work and response time and very reasonable price. If I had called a plumbing company, I know I would have been charged at least two, maybe three times the price for the same job and would have had to wait a few days to have the problem fixed. Owner was very knowledgeable, having worked in the general contracting field for many years, friendly, patient in explaining the problem and very thorough. Will definitely contact in the future for my needs for this type of work.

Their service was good, and they finished on time. They have good ideas. They were prompt and seemed to be very knowledgeable about drainage.

Other sprinkler companies charge upwards of $90 just to come out to your house. I have used JJ Sprinklers and Drains for several years. I leave a message and the owner always calls back certainly within a day. He has been working in the sprinkler and drain business for 28 years and knows his business.
J J's prices are more than fair and he doesn't take advantage of his customers. I called on Thursday (2 days ago) and we made an appointment for today (Saturday). I had a 9:00am appointment this morning and the owner arrived at 8:45. I had all of the work done today and it only cost me $75 and he was here for one hour. I don't have to call anyone else to do the work because I know it will be done right the first time. This is a good company.
