 + -1 moreI was referred to Dave and Kris by a friend. They've done extensive remodeling for a number of my current neighbors in Sacramento - all very satisfied customers. I am moving to a new home in Auburn and have a lot of small projects and a limited budget. They've been terrific to work with, offering great suggestions and working with my money and time constraints. Can't say enough what a great experience I've had working with them. Highly recommend!
Description of Work: Installed metal fencing and drive-way gate. They also provided terrific consultation for future projects.

foundation repair
 + -1 moreThe hardwood floor in hallway was squeaking and linoleum floor in kitchen was creaking. Some posts under house were no longer firmly attached to piers, and as a result floor was sagging in these areas. K&D attached posts to piers, filled all gaps, and reinforced floor. The house is 54 years old. A very small amount of squeaking remains in the oak hardwood. I am fully satisfied with the work.
Description of Work: Provided estimate, set up time and date, shored up piers and posts under the house to correct sagging and squeaky floor.
