It was a disaster quite frankly. I'm going to have to place a great deal of wood in my house because leaves did get in there and it got clogged before the rainy season started here and I said somebody has to come and clean this out because with that cover on it nobody can reach in so you have to top it off or do whatever you do. And so this young man came out. He said it's just a spider web there. He says you get your broom and you sweep all this and you'll be fine and he left. And you know if anybody ever ask me about Byers roof guy I would tell them never ever to use that company.

Worked out really well. They came out and they had this system that you never have to clean the gutters again and I have [01:17]  my wife didn't want me climbing any ladders anymore so we called them out. They're a little pricey but then what they are doing is replacing your gutters with something that doesn't have to be cleaned. So they came out, they did the thing in one day.

We're very happy with it. The price was average. The workers could have been a little more professional in what they did. The guys who came out could have taken a little more care. I think they're a little rough on our existing roof as far as installing the new gutters. We had to call them for several things.

The product is perfect and it works just like it is supposed to work. The guys that put it up weren't perfect but they were really nice and did an okay job. It was a little pricey but I never have to climb up the second storey and hang on the side which is 22 feet high and dig stuff out of my drains again, ever. If something happens, they are going to come and fix it because that is what they said they would do. It had been a while, it drains properly and does what it is supposed to do. They told me that the workers would be prepared for anything and they weren't because there was some wood rot on some of the siding. They didn't seem to have that good of a hand on it. They fixed it but they didn't replace it with what was there. The board would have had a shape to it but when they put the new board up, it didn't have a shape to it. It doesn't matter because you can't see it but it wasn't perfect.
