I needed repair to a badly damaged sundeck. After several estimates from other contractors I decided to use Yarden Builder's. Dana from Yarden Builders was with me from start to end. She is amazing and works with the customer to address every concern. The sundeck is amazing! I have never seen such quality work in a very long time. They take pride in what they do and stand behind their work. It is hard to find quality contractors nowadays and its refreshing to see that there still are good contractors out there. They are on the top of my list for all future work to be done at my home. Thanks Yarden!

I used River, an owner of Yarden Builders for a full kitchen remodel. Everyday I walk into my gorgeous kitchen and thank my lucky stars I found them on Yelp and Home Advisor. I'm a really busy person so I wanted a contractor who could handle all aspects of the project. They pulled the permits and the inspectors passed them without issues. What I really liked was he has several crews so you're not waiting for one guy and all of his subs had worked for Yarden for 5, 10 and 20 years. You don't have problems with crews like that. I also liked that they are big enough that you can really benefit with their buying power, so I was able to upgrade and still save money. I thought his pricing was very fair, he made good on all his promises and in the end he came in 2 weeks early, on budget and really fun to work with on a complicated project. I give River my highest recommendation and I am very picky.

Isaac is an immensely professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and hard-working individual. I am in real estate development and was even blown away by his knowledge and dedication to his craft. I would trust him on any job no matter what the scope was. His company also consists of other hard-working individuals that are both kind, courteous and timely on all matters. River and his team are extremely professional and reliable. He remodeled my kitchen and bathroom as well as helped with other improvements in my home on a smaller scale. I have recommended River and his team to a number of my friends, colleagues, and clients and they have all loved him too! His crew is always there on time and they are very clean and tidy! I had him remodel my bathroom while I was out of the country and River came by the job daily to take photos and videos to keep me in the loop while I was away. I trust him and his team 100% and would refer them to anyone!

Contract had no full specifications on what was included and excluded as pertaining to new construction, existing structures, and unexpected events. Although the contract showed intention of pointing out inclusions and exclusions, the salesperson did not include those leading to many issues along the project. Some workers were unskilled, not understanding what needs to be done due to language barrier, and some of them exhibited a negative and unwillingness attitude to work. Workers did not show up as scheduled wasting my time keeping me stuck at home for the duration of the project. Some workers were respectful and good at work. The owner refused to discuss damages and repairs leaving it for the supervisor to deal with the problems. Overall, I had a stressful and frustrating experience that overweight the satisfaction of getting my home improved.

We are remodeling 2 bathrooms and were given a completion date of December 6, 2017. I'm still waiting for the work to be completed (2/2/18). Workers frequently did not come when they were supposed to and did not always clean up when they left, some work was initially done incorrectly and needed to be redone. We were given incorrect measurements to buy materials and had to purchase more which caused delay due to special order tile and needing to change floor tile since the first choice was now discontinued. The entire project was not well organized or supervised. The first bathroom is complete. The tile, counter and vanity look great but the paint and drywall quality is barely adequate, a light fixture is not level and shower fixture does not allow the water to get fully hot. The second bathroom only has the floor tile and most of the shower tile installed, so I don't know what the final product will look like.

The workers always showed up on time every day and cleaned up after every day. We had no problem with the crew coming into the house . We love are new master bathroom and the design and colors.
