I apologize that we do not Service the Hesperia area. We in the San Fernando Valley and you are approx 100 miles from our shop. Our normal range of service is 30 miles.Service Provider Response
I am sorry that you are having issues with your sewer. Your house was built approx 3 yrs ago by another plumbing company, who I believe is out of business. We were called out to your residence on 6/23/20 due to your plumbing fixtures backing up. When the Technician arrived he found the toilet and shower were backing up so he attempted to clear the stoppage from the outside garage clean-out. He was unable to clear it and had to return to the office to get the longer sewer gear that clears sewers over 100 ft, in which this was the situation. After clearing the sewer he then put the camera down the sewer and stated there are roots in the line and Recommended to have it Hydrojetted and then Re-camera. Unfortunately we can not guarantee any stoppages that are caused by Roots. I was also informed that there are Ficus bushes that are running along the sewer line that could be causing the issue as well. When you called us on August 5th which was 42 days later advising that your sewer line was backed up again, we informed you that the Technician was on a all day job and he does not carry The 100 ft Sewer Gear or The Hydrojetter on his truck as it is kept at the shop for other Technicians to use as needed. I informed Mr Modin that I can send the technician back out after he was done at approx 6:30 pm but the equipment was not on the truck. The only sewer gear he keeps is approx 75 ft long or we can have the Technician come out the next day with the proper Equipment. Mr Modin informed me that he already called out another company and he did not want to wait for our Service. He did state that he was upset that we were not going to warranty to the previous service, but as I explained We Do Not Warranty Sewers that are backed up due to ROOTS. We did recommend to Hyrdrojet and Recamera the line but he chose not to move forward as his line was currently draining. Gold Medal Plumbing does stand by there work but we did state there are Roots and we Do Not Warranty Root Intrusions that causes plumbing system to back upService Provider Response
I am sorry you were not satisfied with the Service. I spoke with the technicians that were out at your residence and they stated that you had the Fill Valve for your toilet installed by another company and all Gold Medal Plumbing did was make an adjustment to part that was installed by another company. We only charged you our Minimum Service call to fix the problem. If the problem continued after we were there, I would have appreciated if you would have called the office so we can make it right and you would have not been charged another service call.
