In a word? Horrible. The sales person was courteous & efficient, but the movers who came to our house proceeded to charge us $2,000 over the original estimate, and added additional charges that were originally agreed to be waived by the sales person. The original agreement was that we could pay via credit card, and was told on the day of the move that we needed a cashier's check instead. When I balked, the foreman said, ''You don't like? I leave now. Tough.'' The foreman came with one experienced mover & hired 4 day laborers who stacked our boxes way too high, which led to more than a few boxes being dropped and the contents flying out. They used our dolly without permission & overloaded it to the point where it was damaged beyond repair. It was a pain to arrange delivery. It took several days to get them to confirm a date. Upon delivery, several items were damaged, and I was told ''Well, you buy cheap furniture that's why,'' or ''you don't know how to pack properly.'' Worst move ever.
