Description of Work: They came in to repair my dishwasher. Problem is that they made an appointment with me and didn't even show up. I had to call to see what was going on. They made a second appointment, showed up for the assessment, and then had to come back for the repairs. On the day I scheduled with them to do so, they tried to re-schedule. I told them there was no way and they needed to hold to their appointment, especially considering they completely missed the first one. They did come, and once here, were super nice and very professional.

We use this company every time we have an appliance repair problem, and have used them for a long time. Really like the serviceman; he is very thorough and reliable and always prompt and efficient. Description of Work: Tried to repair an appliance that was over 30 yrs old. The manufacturer no longer exists. When it was determined it could not be fixed, recommendations were made. The old appliances were removed and a new ones were installed with necessary wiring and cabinetry work.
