They quote a special student rate for 130.00 per hour for moving your items in a crate and loading it up and leave. The storage rate is 70.00 for rent per month. You can also rent a U-Haul and do the move yourself. We had everything boxed and ready to go June 15th. They showed up late, the guys were very efficient and quick. They got use moved in 45 minutes, but they also change other fee’s (drive time to and back from the location and to move the unit into the warehouse). Then we had to schedule the stuff to be moved out of storage. So we were going to do the move out of storage on July 1st per a conversation with the office manager. We then got a phone call a few days before the more from one of office personal Colon, who complained about doing the work on Sunday. He then said he was going to call the manger to find out about the move on Sunday, he said the manager was on vacation and they could not reach her to confirm the July 1st move date. . Colon was yelling at me over the phone and he keep cutting me off and would not let me get a word in, so I hung up on him. Colon called me back and said they were not going to do the move. I then called the office and we set a new date for July 7th to do the move at noon with office personal Josh. They said they could not promise that they would be exactly on time, because they had a full schedule. Josh had we could come back and forth to get our items from 9:30-12:00. Then Pat an office rep, called me back on July 6th and said we had a window from changed the storage time pick up to 10:00-12:00pm, because they close at noon. I then had to change the U-Haul time to make sure we had a place to put our items. During the move process Mark came out to help us move our items into the U-Haul. The guys that did the labor Mark, Trevor and Allen were great, but the people in the office doing all the scheduling were an overall nightmare. The overall process is very shady. Be careful when doing business with them because there are services hidden service fee’s that you don’t find out about till work is done. Overall the customer service is very bad.
