It was our 1st experience with a remodel , our 1st home. Marc was a good salesman,, real nice, had a lot of references . But if you have any problems with the work or questions after the job is done you will never hear from him again.
we had problems with the plumbing almost immediately after the job was finished, and the tile they installed on the floor cracked,,, Another contractor has told us that its due to improper prep of the flooring..
We tried to contact Marc.. , Our calls were never returned.. Our feeling was that we, our house , our job were just not important enough to be bothered with. Slam it in,, take the money and never look back. .
