Professional customer service when calling the office, service technician who came out was very knowledgeable and courteous. He wore booties, was clean and explained the problem with my unit in detail along with providing a fair price.. I would definitely hire them again.

I would definitely hire Cypress Heating & Air again. I called and spoke to a lovely lady and she was so helpful. We explained our problem and they worked with me as far as scheduling. When the tech came over he was very professional explained everything so I can understand it. Pricing was a little higher than expected, but the quality of work was exceptional. He changed out my thermostat and even gave me a tune up at no charge. I would definitely hire Cypress again.
