Excellent, was here within a half an hour. Fixed the problem in no time, and checked all other plumbing under the sink to make sure there was no other leaks.

Armen came earlier than the promised time on Saturday afternoon and after quickly diagnosing the situation, drove out to purchase the part needed for repair.  I've had the same issues with my bathtub fixture in the past and have had multiple plumbers come out to assess the situation and perform a quick fix that resulted in the same problems.  Armen was the only one that pointed out to me that there was a part that needed to be replaced, and he was able to fix it right away.  He was able to find the part relatively quickly, too, and although I ended up paying him for overtime, it was well worth it because he also helped with other minor issues that I didn't ask for beforehand, and now I have the peace of mind that I won't be facing another water leak for a good while.  I appreciated Armen's honesty and will definitely use his services again, and will recommend him to all of my friends and neighbors.

It was a Saturday afternoon, but they came out promptly, were friendly, did a professional job for a fair price, and explained why they they did what they did to my satisfaction.  A very good experience and I will definitly use them again.

What I thought was a simple fix turned out to be more involved, but in the process I learned the source of my escalated DWP bill, which was not the original reason for the call.  He also gave me an invoice for DWP so that I could apply for a discount from them for my water bill, potentially saving me some money.  Because the job was bigger and I did not have the funds, he suggested I get a second opinion and also offered alternative ways to fix it temporarily, but I decided to have him do the whole job and put it on credit card.  He showed up promptly to do the larger job (even early), put down drop cloths to protect the floor, cleaned up afterwards and finished the job sooner than I expected.

After searching through Angie's List, we called Armen to clear a clogged main line. It was in the middle of a three day holiday weekend, but Armen promptly took our call and arrived about an hour later. He cleared the pipe, and made sure all the showers , sinks, and toilets were functioning properly. He's a skilled professional, his fee was very reasonable, he was pleasant and courteous, and his prompt response to our emergency call saved us from what might have been two days without the use of showers or toilets. As we told him, he just found a new steady customer. Absolutely an A+ rating.

Armen came promptly, even on a Sunday. He was able to solve the issue and show me the source of the problem.

He was wonderful.  Called in the morning, and was available to come out that afternoon.  Also gave me a quote over the phone which he honored.  Great to work with.  Saved their number in my phone for future uses.

Mike came, and was very professional. He listened to all the questions I asked and concerns I had, and was very patient and polite in his responses. He was even able to quote me a price for some work on my kitchen not related to plumbing.

They are very responsive and flexible with your schedule. They show up on time and are very professional and honest. I definitely plan on using them again.

Our plumbing backed up into our downstairs shower and sinks and flooded the floors. The emergency plumber who came out at night to clear the drain, couldn't do it that night, and gave an estimate of $3500 to do the work the next day. The next morning we called around to other plumbers reco'd on Angie's List and Armen at Unique Plumbing was available to do the work that same day for half the price quoted by Mr. Rooter. He and his team were professional and polite and worked quickly. Our house was built in the 1930s on a hillside, so who knows what the plumbing and pipes are like going from the house to the city pipes in the street. We were worried that we'd have to repair the whole line, and we couldn't figure any of that out until the clean-out was installed so they could properly clear the drain. They put in the clean-out and then were able to hydro-jet the line and cleared the blockage and some tree roots, and the line was not in need of more repairs. They were great!

It went fine. I paid $150 extra.

As usual, my experience with Unique Plumbing was exceptional.  I called them late in the afternoon and they were at my house first thing in the morning.  After analyzing the problem, they recommended that they install a shut-off valve (for the same cost to cap-off the line) as that would be preferable once we eventually repair the ice maker.  They quickly installed the shut-off valve and tested it to make sure that there were no further leaks. They are extremely honest, their rates are very fair, and they are a pleasure to work with.

I bought a $99 for 2 hours of plumbing deal (parts not included) on Angie's List with the intention of using it on the 3 plumbing projects listed.  I was able to quickly get an appointment and the repairmen arrived on time.  They were very polite and professional.  They assessed what needed to be done and went to work on things.  Unfortunately, they did not have the parts that they needed on their truck so they had to run to the hardware store to pick up the parts.  They were gone for about 2 hours and said that they had to go to 3 different places to find what they needed.  When all was said and done, the job took 3.5 hours, which was 1.5 hours over the 2 hour deal, for which I was charged an additional $100 (I do not know if being charged for the time it took them to find the materials - if so, it would have been helpful to know in advance.  Whereas their hourly rate of $65 is reasonable, I was surprised that I had to pay the additional $100.) 
All told, I paid $99 for the 2 hour deal + $140.00 for parts + $100 for the additional time = $339.
Otherwise, the workmanship appears to be good and I felt that they were honest and sincere.  
FYI - the kitchen sink shut off valve needed to be adjusted on 7/2/13, which is about a year after they did the original work.  They charged me $65 for that (min. service call), however, they said that if it happened again, my faucet fixture should be replaced (it's only about 5-6 years old) and if that was the case, they would apply the $65 I paid towards that.

I noticed that there was a water leak under my sink whenever the dishwasher drained.  I had never used Unique Plumbing's services before, but saw that they had received excellent reviews on Angie's List, so I gave them a call.  Armen was very nice on the phone and he said that they could come to my house that same afternoon. He and his assistant (Mike?) arrived promptly., and they diagnosed that the problem was a clogged drain line from the dishwasher, which they were able to quickly fix it.  It was a pleasure doing business with both of them - no hard sell by them for other services.  I can see why they have received such good reviews, and I will definitely use their services next time I am in need of a plumber.

I was very happy with the service.  We set up an appointment a couple hours from my call.  Arman arrived a bit ahead of schedule.  In addition to unclogging multiple stoppages within the line from my kitchen sink, he also discovered that the garbage disposal was cracked and leaking and needed to be replaced.    He immediately went to retrieve the necessary parts in order to to install the new system.  Both jobs were done within a couple hours of his initial arrival.  He was very pleasant and explained everything to me along the way.

I spoke with Armen on the phone and arranged my appointment, he was very accommodating,  helpful and honest.  When I initially called to schedule some work for a "big deal" I had purchased, I explained the work I wanted done, and Armen thought I should wait, because he didn't think I would get my money's worth with the small job I had planned.  I appreciated his honesty, and called back when I had more for him to do.  When Armen and MIke arrived, they were on time and very professional.  They completed the job very efficiently, and left the house very clean.  They were great to deal with, and I will definitely use them again.

Armen and Mike turned up on time as they promised to fix toilet and tub . Turned out the problem was outside where the sewer system was blocked. They spent the next 3-4 hours tearing up our front garden to get to the problem. After they were done they filled up the huge hole and cleaned up their mess. You could hardly tell they'd been there.
A few days later we discovered a leak in our sprinkler system where they had worked and called them. They came back almost immediately and fixed it while we were at work.

We needed a new water heater and thought we'd save money by ordering one from a big box retailer.  The crooked installers they subcontracted, however, were a nightmare of unnecessary extra charges.  I ended up having to pay them something just to leave it in the garage.  I called Unique and they were able to install it the next day for exactly what they said.  Armen and Mike did a great job and it was worth waiting one more day for hot water.  We will call them next time we need a plumber.

These guys are great!  I've called them several times and every time they have fixed our problems for a reasonable price.  This time we woke up to cold showers.  Our water heater wasn't working.  We called them and they were here within a few hours and determined the problem.  Since our water heater is still under warranty, they helped us call the manufacturer to get replacement parts.  They came the same day the parts arrived and repaired the water heater right away.  You can't ask for more!
