We hated the customer service that we got from our saleslady.  We were first time mattress buyers and yes we probably needed more help than someone knows exactly what they want.  Talking to our saleslady was awful- she had so little information to give us and any that she did it felt like we were pulling teeth.  Maybe she was having a bad day that day, but when we decided to return the mattress, she would never take our calls, and when we did get ahold of her, she tried to ignore our requests to schedule a pickup date all while there was a 90 day limit on returning the bed.  We ended up getting a mattress from a completely different store where they actually knew how to help a first time mattress buyer! Moreover, she had sold us some other products that she neglected to inform that they weren't returnable.  We left feeling like we had gotten fleeced.

Ordered the mattress one day and it was delivered the next. Easy, Perfect. Check out prices at other stores or online because they will usually match a competitors price. Brand mattresses have different names, but if you know the specs, you can get the same mattress --same brand, just under a different name.

The initial sale was fine, hard working sales man. But when I found another retailer (Brookstone) who is advertising the same mattress for $200 less and they include two Tempur-Pedic pillows retail of $200. And took the detailed receipt to Sit'nSleep, they turned sour on me, rudely I was told they will investigate and get back to me. No one did. After contacting corporate I was promised in 3 days, but still nothing. Don't trust the happy face of the guy who screams "we will match any advertised price or your mattress is FREEEEEEE !!" So far I have to chase them. And no result

I walked in here hesitantly with my partner (we are a female couple) because I didn't know how we would be received and if I'd feel comfortable mattress shopping together. The Saleswoman did not bat an eye and soon had us trying out mattresses all over the store. Actually, we told her exactly what we wanted (an eastern king, no memory foam, firm but soft) and she immediately had us try 4 different beds in a wide price range. They were all in line with what we were looking for and we ended up stretching our budget and going with the most expensive one, it was just so comfortable. She also made a few phone calls to get us 0% total financing. The mattress was delivered the next Saturday without a glitch. Wonderful experience and the best money I have ever spent - the bed is so awesome I don't even want to leave home for trips because I know I have the most comfortable quality bed at home.

My salesman exhibited a total breakdown in professionalism during our mattress exchange process & created a heated exchange for no need: There was some conflicting information as to whether or not we had voided the terms of the exchange policy (it turns out we had not) by removing the mattress tags. When I noted that there was nothing in the paperwork that I signed that mentioned the tags, the salesman countered that ''most people'' know not to cut the tags, that I should know this from watching their TV ads & then he falsely asserted that there was no way I could exchange the mattress having cut the tags. Wow. It is my understanding that binding policy is documented in writing, not in TV ads. More importantly, he was telling me false information, as the woman in charge of Sit N Sleep exchanges acknowledged that the consumer is allowed to cut the tags (this is even printed on the tags as I pointed out to both of them) & my doing so was OK & she proceeded to authorize the exchange.
