H.L. Moe Co. or "Moe Plumbing" is led by Michael C. Davis. As owner and President, Michael is focused on two areas of the business. First and foremost, he is committed to continuing the same founding principles that were put in place by Herb Moe and passed down from his father, Charles Davis. Mike's second area of focus is on his employees and their professional development. Although each plumber is required to complete a five-year training program, the company provides additional education and training to ensure that the entire project team is knowledgeable about the latest and most advanced techniques and technology in the industry.

The valve replacement went smoothly and took about a half an hour. He asked to see the Angie's list coupon of one hour of labor for $99 and I gave him a copy so I was really surprised when he asked for another $75.50. Their customer care representative saw my previous review and called me to say they will return my check to me.and that they do not have an hour and a half minimum. She sent me a letter of apology along with my check.

Hired Moe Plumbing to do HVAC maintenance. Two workers arrived and said all was okay. They seemed hurried. One week later this same HVAC system broke during record heat. Moe was "too busy" to come for another week. After 4 days of suffering, called another company who came within two hours and fixed the problem right away. Bottom line: this company is too big to provide efficient/quality service.

They had to come out twice, they didn't get it done right the first time. I told them, your guy didn't pull the toilet like he should have, because one of your other techs told me that's what they should have done.  If they would have done that the first time, you wouldn't have had to charge me for two trips.  He took a lot of the bill, and said he agreed with me. Their work was good, their rates are reasonable.  I've paid a lot more for plumbing than what they charged me, so I was pleased with that.

Went very well. The scheduler (Cyndy) quickly set up an appointment time. The technician (Chris) showed up right on time and provided information on each of the steps he performed in the maintenance visit. He also checked the heating. After he was done (he had to replace a capacitor), he checked the efficiency of the a/c unit. The two people with whom I dealt were both professional and personable. Would (and will) definitely hire them again.

We spent this money on an used water heater. I mean this water heater has been her for twelve years. I wonder if the cost analysis between getting a brand new one, and spending the money on an old one. I guess be aware of that. They kept doing things, and it kept costing more. It got me thinking, we got far into buying an new one.

It was great - my only reason it was a B - was there was a part that he needed that he didn't have - so we had to pay for the drive time to go back to office and get it. Expensive drive for us. He was great, did a good job, but definitely didn't like that part.
