Terrific, without exception. Returned my initial call promptly, set up an appointment, arrived at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem, phoned me to agree on the next step, replaced the broken pump and left the old part in case I wanted to look at it. At about half the price Sears would have charged.

The gentleman came out and checked the stove - he found the problem immediately - His labor was the least of the cost it was the part that ran the bill up. This is the second visit from Eagle appliances. The first was for my freezer. It was no longer getting cold. What I had done was stopped the circulation in the freezer causing it to stop cooling. About 45 minutes with a hair dryer and it was fixed. He charged me $40.00.

Called twice, never returned my calls. Their lost, cuz it charged me $650 to get my refrig fixed, so they lost a pretty good customer!

Perfectly. Unfortunately he says he's reducing his work load and thinking of retiring so get him to fix everything while he still wants to work. He's a great guy, does what he says, when he says he's going to do it.

He was very helpful. It was a big job and he knew what he was doing. The owner was Larry, I guess. It was very heavy Owen that had to be moved out of the area where it was installed and he was alone so it was tough to do but he did a good job. I would use his service again, if needed.

When was the last time you had a house call for an appliance (or anything else, for that matter) that had the probelm resolved for under $100? I called Larry because of all the reviews under this one. Good call. He was prompt, diagnosed the problem correctly over the phone, so he had the part in his truck when he got here; he called me at work, repaired it, left a bill and he was gone. Bada-bing, bada-boom. The best. He told me it would be $65. It was 64!

Our washer was leaking water in the spin cycle. From my description, Larry guessed that it was the anti-siphon value. It took him about 10 minutes to confirm that the anti-siphon valve was indeed the problem. He didn't have a replacement part with him but he returned a few hours later to complete the job. $20 for the part and $40 for service. Fair and resonable. My only complaint is that it was difficult to get in touch with Larry. I called twice and left a message but he didn't respond. I called a third time and he answered. We set up an appointment and he arrived on schedule.

I made the appointment with Larry for the service call, but my husband was the one who was home when Larry arrived, so I did not meet him in person. Larry was easy to reach on the phone and was able to come at a time convenient for us (we made an appt for a specific time, not a "window"). For the dryer, he took out the drum, made some adjustments and replaced the drum and it's been working great since. For the fridge door, he leveled it and "refreshed" the gasket with a heating device and it's also been working great since. In both cases, he did not need to install any new parts and was able to quickly make the repairs. It was a great experience.

The renter's nanny, who was present at the time of service, commented on how 'nice, polite and professional' Larry was. He came when he said he would, and performed the service with no hassle or additional 'concerns' about the issue (which - based on previous experience - I've come to equate with additional non-essential repair services designed to inflate the final cost). I found his charge to be extremely reasonable. I would definitely use his services again.

Very, very well. He arrived on time. Went right to work. Informed me of things that might cause the issue. Suggested how we could fix the issue. Note, he was also clear that this might not be the issue. Regardless, I felt he was honest and wouldn't mislead me. Replaced the suggested part and the stove works great.

Our furnace was not working. Even though it was a model he wasn't familiar with, he managed to find the problem, a burned-out igniter. He ordered the replacement part and brought it on his second visit. It wasn't a perfect match(I think our model was discontinued)but he devised an alternate way to wire it. The furnace then worked perfectly.

I called on Thursday at 6:30 pm. Larry said he could come by on Friday between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. He arrived on Friday at 2:50 pm and checked out my refrigerator. My refrigerator was not cooling properly and had a lot of ice buildup on the coils. Larry worked about 45 minutes and cleared up the problem and gave suggestions to keep this problem from coming back. Professional, prompt and personable.

I went with another repair company first because they called me back first and could come out sooner. After they came out, took a quick look-see, and said my washer needed up to $400 in repairs, I paid them their house call fee and sent them on their way. I had Larry come out -- he spent much more time checking the machine and said that it might just need a belt replacement, which he did on the spot. He tried this fix first, and told us to call us back if that did not take care of it. Two months later, the washer is still working good as new.

He was a very personable person to deal with it was just a job that he couldn't do. He seemed fair and honest and I would call him again if I ever need repairs.

Larry was punctual, pleasant and professional. As he conducted his investigation of the stove, Larry answered our questions and explained his work. When he clarified the problem he made the repair quickly and cleaned up after himself. He is a remarkable tradesman!

He is a very nice man, and I think his rates are pretty reasonable. He has done work for us three times to work on our refrigerator. But we think he got it right this time. I would hire him again in the future.

I called him on a Friday evening and, to my surprise, he said he could come out the next morning. Some frost had built up overnight in the freezer section (which I had not noticed) and Larry even defrosted and cleaned up the water so the repair could proceed. He was thorough, clean, polite and professional and the fridge is running great.

It was a very positive experience. He came out to my house, diagnosed the problem as a broken heater (who knew refrigerators had heaters), returned the frig to temporary working order, and said he would order a replacement part. He refused to accept payment for the initial visit, and said he would return in 2 days with the new part to make the permanent repair, which he did!
