Of course, you never have high expectations when buying a used car but I found these people unusually unwilling to negotiate and I felt the "manager", who I never met but supposedly was the final word on all negotiations, to be insulting in his written comments. The sales person we worked with was nice enough but slow. They really, really pushed buying the extended warranty, which kept coming down in price, even as we were signing the final papers.

Ordinarily able to schedule online with ease. This time there was a bit of an issue, but able to get in quick when I called. Open on Saturdays, which is a big plus for me. Almost zero wait time when arrived at the appointment time. Work was done on time and for the price quoted.

I don’t remember how much I spent on their services, but it was a few hundred dollars. My experience with them was very good. I’ve gone back there many times. The people that work there are very good. Their professionalism and the way they treat me are all very good.

Too much money for services that were not proactive or complete!

They are good for getting parts just expensive.
