Came back at around 5PM and my truck was ready. It was cleaned as expected. Not sure what they did but I was satisfied. I drive a fairly new full size SUV. The guy in-charge also gave me a free pen.

This is the second time I've had my car detailed there. They do a good job of cleaning the leather and carpet inside, and a nice job waxing the exterior. The cost of that is about $100, very reasonable. The guy they brought in to remove the dings for about $230 was EXCELLENT. The price is fair. The problem? When I came to pick up my car the rear tail lamp was cracked. I am 90% positive it happened there because of the way they jam many vehicle into a small place and move them in and out all day as they work on cars. They refused to accept responsibility and made NO effort to work with me. It cost $400 to replace, and I even called them later to try to work out some kind of compromise, because I thought I had found a great detail shop. I offered to take a few details to help cover the cost, but they would not help in any way. So, I will not go back to this business.
