The tech that came out was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He arrived ontime and got to work immediately. Once he verified that clog was resolved and there were no leaks, he cleaned up after himself. While the service was great, I do think the cost was a bit high for what was accomplished and that it was not an emergency call out. In any case I'm happy to have the clog cleared.

Jaime was at our house 30 minutes after we called him on a Saturday. He purchased and picked up a new water heater for us at Lowe's and finished installing it in a couple of hours. His quote over the phone was $200 less than what he ended up charging us, but it was a fair price nonetheless. We would definitely hire Fantastic Rooter again.

First of all, Jaime responded right away, was prompt in showing up, the pricing was what we agreed upon, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They used a 110 foot snake and cleaned up as much as they could. They did use a camera to see if there was any pipe problems and as far as 97 feet could see, there were none. This was more a maintenance issue.. If I have further problems, I will definitely contact Jaime again.

Fantastic! We called them, they confirmed a time for that afternoon, and gave us a courtesy call just before our appointment and came on time. Lupe worked his tail off as we went through a long list of repairs/updates (we just moved in to an older home with small issues throughout the plumbing system - leaks, corroding pipes, and installed new fixtures in one bath). Lupe carefully explained everything he was working on, gave us options when we encountered some issues we didn't expect, and kept us informed throughout. There were no surprises. Very pleasant overall. Definitely would recommend!
