At LEVEL Engineering, we are committed to common sense, real-world engineering solutions. We started LEVEL because, after years in the building industry (Civil, Structural, Home Building, etc) we continued to see something missing in our industry that cost homeowners untold stress and frustration, contractors lost time and money and realtors and lenders left unable to satisfy their client's needs. We decided to do something about it, and then - LEVEL Engineering was founded. We serve your interests and provide knowledgeable, expert inspection, analysis, recommendation, and reporting. So whether your need is for permitting, forensics, foundation problems, new or repair engineering designs; or just for your peace of mind - let us help you navigate your structural engineering projects.

"We work with a wide variety of individuals. The expectations, value assessment and industry knowledge vary widely. From our view, we are inexpensive and VERY good at what we do (and we don't quote low to obtain work and then increase the fee later - be aware of that common practice). While we work hard to meet each individual's expectations, we don't always succeed with the varied and unique perspectives we come across."
"This rating is from the realtor of our customer. We delivered the design on time- when we said we would - and the customer is very happy. The realtor called us several times in an attempt get it delivered early - my best guess from his behavior is that he urgently wanted to be paid from his client and had to wait on the completion of our work to do so. We enjoyed working with both the realtor and the client - but, feel it is an unfair (and inaccurate) post."
"Well, this is what structural engineer's do: they walk around and look at the structure! This client paid for an professional licensed engineer's opinion....not a report or a design. I do have the sense that this client must not have had a clear understanding of what he wanted/needed and was thus disappointed and frustrated. We are sorry for that and will endeavor to make sure there is a clear understanding with each and every client."
