Gardena honda

I checked around and we got the best price or they matched the best price. Good car, well actually the check engine light came off in the first 5000miles.  One thing, and I mentioned it to my wife they never called and say "How are you doing, do you like your car" or any thing like that. It was like you bought it from us and adios. I mean its no big deal but I mean, it would have been nice if they had checked to see how things were going. That what I would do if I was a sales person. (Punctulity) You know I was only there one day and I bought the car. I don't know if this wouldn't apply in this case. I would not use them, I'm not sure if I would use them. I would shop around and see whats the best price. Well, the most part is its away from here I'd rather have something close to home. That one was on me for going there. Its no anything against them, but its further away.

Gardena Honda always sends me coupons, so I make sure to use them when I need servicing on the car. I do not get all services done at the dealer because of cost, but I am always pleased with the work that I ask them to do. What I like about the servicing department is that they always tell you about other services the car may need, even if you brought the car in for another reason so that you are aware of the situation.
On the last visit I had an oil change, and interior light bulbs were changed, but they completed the services within the promised timeframe. All of the staff are friendly, and if you have a Saturday morning appointment, they make sure to have snacks, coffee and the tv tuned to an interesting station.

I like their service department. They are straightforward. I have used other car dealers, and when I challenge it they would back off. I have gotten cars from them over the years and got other people to go to them just because of their service. Buying a car has always been an adventure, but the service manager there is good and the service advisor I have dealt with for many years is very good. They will also repair other cars. Somebody brought an old Ford that Ford dealers would not deal with and they fixed it.
