$225 to replace the pump on my dishwasher. Punctual and professional

Dingh came on time and did the repair. When something else went wrong after he left, he called me back to reschedule another appointment. He was very responsive.

Dinh was available on a holiday - came out within hours of my call. Was thorough and explained my options. The service call was a nominal fee.

He did a good job, but his labor cost was a little high.

Great friendly and efficient service, but price kind of high, especially since original ice maker installed failed within 3 or 4 months, and while he replaced it for free, I was charged for the extra labor to install the replacement unit.

My washing machine's spin cycle was not working properly, which left my clothes soaking wet when I pulled them out of the washer. After looking for help on Home Advisor, Dinh came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, and performed the repair on the spot. His pricing was very fair price given the labor, call, parts replacement, and install. DInh was very polite and explained everything to me in detail about what was wrong with the part, why it wasn't working properly, and how the new part he is installing will fix the issue. On top of guaranteeing his work, Dinh also performed other tests on the washing machine and confirmed that it is working in proper order. I would fully recommend Dinh for any appliance repair and do plan on contacting him when future issues arise!

It was okay; just waiting for appliance parts--especially when it was a refrigerator and ended up being over 30 hours to get things taken care of it was pretty messy; however, it was 'said' that it was having to send to San Francisco for the parts. ??? It's now working and I am happy with the results thus far
