Very fast and on time great communication of the issues

Dinh Nguyen came to assess the problem the same morning I contacted him and repaired my refrigerator two days later. It s been working fine ever since.

Very polite gentleman and he did a great job.

On timew, knowlegable, had the parts required, cleaned up, very pleasant and efficient.

Very knowledgeable on appliances, courteous and communicated regarding the ordering/arrival of the parts.

Repairman was 2 hrs late. Called 30 minutes before he showed.

He was very knowledgeable and fixed my dryer within 20 minutes. He said he used to work for Maytag and told me about Maytag.

Dinh Nguyen was friendly and very professional but was 45 minutes late for the appointment. However, he quickly discovered the problem with the microwave. He repaired the problem for a reasonable amount of money. I would definitely hire him again!

Dean was honest. I thought I needed to replace the refrigerator seals (which the gaskets were $350) because of frost build up in the freezer and the refrigerator seals would get really hot, but Dean said no. He adjusted the top of the freezer and seems to be working very well! Saved me over $350.

Dinh was punctual keeping his appointments for the diagnosis and the subsequent repair. The service fee was reasonable and the parts costs were inline with what I had already researched.

Dinh arrive a half hour early. He was very friendly, professional and repair my dryer in less than 30 minutes. This is the is the 2nd time Dinh has serviced on of my appliances. Very satisfied with is work.

I needed my washing machine repaired, I was charged $285 for a drain pump, Dinh hooked it up and I still had a problem, Dinh told me I needed to talk to plumber and I did . the plumber told me it was a draining line issue not the drain pump, so I had another appliance repair person came out and I was told it was a drain line issue, I still have water on the floor

Dinh was very kind and very thorough in repairing my dryer. He was available the very next day and had my dryer up and running in less than a half-hour. It was a much better experience then using the usual appliance repair people so you find online and in the Yellow Pages I will probably always use HomeAdvisor now when I have an issue with something that needs attention. The service call was very reasonable and the repairs were less then I was quoted through Sears and places like that. Thank you very much Dinh ! I appreciate your great service !
