water was dripping out from under my refrigerator. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. He also pointed out that to keep the refrigerator functioning properly the bottom vent and coils needed annual cleaning. I have wood floors and appreciated the fact that he brought a protective sheet to roll the refrigerator out on.
