Turn Around Solutions

Description of Work: We manage rental properties in Orange County and hired Turn Around Solutions to completely re-hab an apartment in May of 2018. They did a fairly good job - new kitchen and bath cabinets, appliances, flooring, wall heater, plumbing, lighting, etc. Here's the rub: They advertise that their work is guaranteed for one year, but getting them to honor that is almost impossible. The first thing that happened was that an under-mount kitchen sink fell out. After many phone calls to Tasso (who argued that they weren't responsible) , they finally came out two weeks later to fix it. Two weeks ago (Feb 2019) the tenant stated that the new wall heater didn't work. Up until the recent cold spell, they never even tried turning it on. We've been calling Mr. Eddie Padilla, owner, every day. He won't return phone calls or have the heater fixed. If you hire them, be aware that you probably will not get any follow-up service or warranty work. I'd rate them a "2" out of a possible "10".
