They are very good. They send me coupons, so the price wasn't too bad. They do a great job. They get a little busy sometimes, but we know that. ?They care about their customers. Very professional. If I go for an oil change I only wait within the half hour, they usually have it done. ?I have been with them 8-10 years.

When you first walk in the place is nice, neat, and the lobby area looks like a cool garage. They have a Foosball table my kids enjoy playing with while I pick up and drop off my car. I was greeted nicely and I had an appointment so they already know what I needed. I have been coming here for years and never have had a bad experience. I have someone come with me so then I can enjoy lunch and return after after they call me. I trust these guys with my car, which is nice since I have had bad experiences other places. I think the pricing is fair, the technology and service seems to be to notch.

Their prices are regularly a quarter of the dealership prices. They guys are so nice and honest. I've had them do all kinds of work - big and small - and they stand behind their work.

In fact, once they put in a new battery for me. After a year I was having problems with it so I took it in. James said that he'd just put in a new battery. He called the battery company and they weren't going to stand behind it. I heard him say to them something along the lines of 'You either replace this battery for free or you can come and take all of your batteries out of my shop!'. That shows you how much he works for the customer.
