Lee's offers residential plumbing diagnostics for $49 and that fee is waived upon approved repairs. Lee's offers residential AC & Heating diagnostics for $99 and the fee is not applied to repairs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!! On August 1st, 2024, I had Lee’s Air, Plumbing, Heating & Roofing come out to inspect my HVAC system. After examining the system, the technician informed me there was a short in the system but was unable to locate it or determine how to fix it. He recommended replacing the entire HVAC system and called his supervisor (Francisco Ramos) to confirm his assessment. The supervisor echoed the same conclusion and provided a quote for their cheapest system at $22,000. As a recipient of financial aid, affording $22,000 was out of the question, even with a payment plan, which would have cost around $200 a month. Despite our financial constraints, the supervisor offered no alternatives and promised to email the quote along with pictures he took in our attic. While we received the quote, the pictures were never sent. We decided to take matters into our own hands. The supervisor mentioned a potentially fried circuit board, but we suspected it might be a blown fuse. After purchasing a pack of fuses for $7 at Home Depot, we replaced the fuse, and our AC started working immediately. It is incredibly disheartening to realize that what was purported to be a $22,000 problem was actually resolved with a $3 fuse. Being charged $99 for a service call only to be pressured into purchasing a new system feels like a scam. We were without AC for three weeks, enduring triple-digit heat with only free-standing units to keep us cool. This experience left us feeling deceived and taken advantage of, particularly as a low-income household. We are extremely angry and intend to report this incident to the BBB. I have seen numerous similar complaints about Lee’s Air, Plumbing, Heating & Roofing, indicating a pattern of trying to sell new units instead of repairing existing ones. This practice is unethical and unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone in need of HVAC repair to seek other companies who genuinely aim to repair your unit instead of pushing for expensive replacements. Lee’s Air, Plumbing, Heating & Roofing has lost a loyal customer due to their shady business practices. Save your $99 and avoid this company at all costs.

I had three companies come out and quote me for a new home AC Evaporator and Condensing unit. The first company was 9.5k, the second was 9k, and Lee's was 21k? How can they justify this? I had the same work done for less than half?

Lee’s Air, Plumbing, and heating. Comfort Now which is now Lee’s Air, Plumbing and Heating came to my home and fixed my upstairs air conditioner in 8-4-2023. Comfort Now charged me $1628.00. Plus $99.00 for a one-year warranty. So now Comfort Now was bought out by Lee’s Air, Plumbing, and Heating. Technician Spencer came out on 03-13-24 for a one-year tune-up. With the downstairs air condition that he fixed in August 2023, stopped working, also the upstairs air conditioner that was totally replaced in 2018 has stopped working since the technician came and looked at them. The price to have them fixed $2188.96. This just doesn’t sound right both air-conditioners to stop working at the same time. I do not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Absolutely ridiculous. They tried to take advantage of woman quoted $1000 plus for repair with extended warranty or $800 without warranty to install a toilet tank repair kit and wax seal that cost $30 and takes less than an hour to replace . Ended up getting a brand new toilet installed for a total of $308 installed with warranty . There are much better options out there and company's with a lot more integrity . Rueben the plumber was pushy about getting job and acted in an unprofessional manner . I highly highly recommend getting multiple quotes if you are planning on using Lee's for any repairs or installations . Buyer beware !!!

The plumber replaced the old angle valve with my new angle valve. My problem was that I was way over charged for the work to the point where I felt that I had been taken advantage of. It was the day before Thanksgiving and for me to find another plumber I would have had to wait until next week. When the plumber arrived, he told me the charge to replace the valve with my new one would be $169.00. Luckily I had a coupon from Angies list for $25.00 bringing the price down $144.00. But the price was still over priced. It only took the plumber approximately two minutes to exchange the valves. If I had known before I made the appointment with LeesAir that I was going to be quoted a price of $169.00 I would have not used them. Instead I would have called another plumber, and according to my sources, the job would have been done for approximately $75.00.

The plumber showed us a trick for how to clear the food trap using the garbage disposal and water pressure, which I really appreciated! He also, with permission, came early so punctuality was great. Only downside is this business is pretty expensive, twice at least what I have paid out prior plumber.

I was told that should I need a new toilet, I could only purchase it from the Plumbing Co. at an inflated price even though I asked about getting A new toilet from Lowe's or Home Depot at a more reasonable price. Even the small gasket kit cost so much more than I expected. I almost Fainted when I heard the price of the gaskets. He did good work and was professional to work with. I assume that aside from the gasket kit The balance of my bill was for labor. My car mechanic doesn't even Charge that much!
