From start to finish as stated in services performed was excellent!!

The technicians name was Jim. He arrived well within the window of time they gave me. He was very nice, and professional. He wore booties inside, and also covered the floor where he had to access the attic and let me know that since it was in my closet, I may have dust and insulation get on our clothing that he couldn't cover. He checked out the system and let me know what came up as a code and also that the damper that separates our dual zone system was installed backwards and he would have to take that apart and reinstall. Also it needed a tune-up. He felt that would only increase the time by a half hour. It seemed to take him a little longer than that, but I was only charged for an hour and a half of work- and nothing more. He also let me know that since the problem only happens when it's very cold, he may not have been able to diagnose the problem I have been having correctly (it only happens in the early morning). If it happens again they will schedule to come out as early as they can to see if they can catch it. Jim was very nice, explained everything in detail, and answered all questions I had, even on unrelated items like the whole house fan. He was very knowledgeable about heating systems. I will have them back when it warms up to tune up my air conditioning. I would use them again with any ac/heating problems.

Excellent. The technician came to my house right on time and was very courteous and honest. He did the job at the exact amount: no suprises. This provider offers a preventive maintenance program that I think is a great value. $130 a year and that gives you two full blown preventive maintenance services per year. Considering how expensive a new system costs ($7K each) that amount is pennies and totally worth it. Very pro, very good. 100% recommended. (I'm finally taking the time to write reviews today. Some good some not good. This was a great one. It's nice to have some time off and be able to contribute to our reviews list :o)

We did not have a lot of work done. They were quite reliable. It is a small company run by a father and son. I liked him personally. They were very professional and accommodating. They did not try to rip us off. Their prices were competitive. We will use them again if we were to install an air conditioning unit. We had no problems with communication.

They fixed it; all fine now.

On Sunday, the air conditioner stopped cooling the house. Called first thing Monday morning for service. They were able to schedule the service call from 1 -4. He showed up at 1:50 and was very professional. He determined that I was out of freon, added freon, found the leak and corrected it and cleaned around the intake area. He was very clean, professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend them for professionalism, cleanliness and timeliness. Overall great to have found them.

It went great. They came out and found the old duct work was reversed. They redid all the duct work. Put the air conditioner on the roof. Came in and explained how to program it. They were great. There was a vibration on the roof when the heat was on. They sent a man out to fix it within an hour. it runs great and vibration is gone.

PROMPT, EFFICIENT, LESS THAN ESTIMATED TIME AND DID MORE THAN WE EXPECTED THEM TO DO. VERY CLEAN. THEY COVERED THE FLOOR BEFORE THEY CAME IN AND LEFT EVERYTHING CLEAN. THEY SPENT LESS THAN 4 HOURS, AND THEIR TIME ESTIMATE WAS 5 HOURS.

It was a good value. They were prompt with the installation.

I really appreciated the professionalism, openness, and honesty of Jim, the technician. He objectively assessed the condition of my 14 year old Lennox WhisperHeat gas heating unit. He helped me with the replacement of the dirty filter, thoroughly checked the start-up and overall operation of the unit, vacuumed the burners, oiled the fan motor bearings, and generally checked over the entire system. I was quite pleased with his professionalism and demeanor.

After a few minutes on the roof he told us that the computer wire was burned. He repaired and we were back in business with cool air coming through. The serviceman was very friendly and professional. Will recommend this company to anyone I know who may need A/C work done in the future.

THEY HAD VERY PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDES. WHEN THEY CAME TO MY HOME THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND NEAT, THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

WHEN MY WIFE HAD CALLED ABOUT THEM COMING OUT AND CLEANING THE AIR DUCTS, THE COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIBLE AND THEY ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS PLEASANT, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS AFTER THEY WERE DONE. I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I THOUGHT THAT THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME IN, DID THE WORK QUICKLY, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. OVERALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY WERE SO RELIABLE AND FAST. THEY CAME OUT A COUPLE DAYS AFTER I CALLED THEM AND WENT STRAIGHT TO WORK AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. IT HAS WORKED GREAT SINCE THEN.

THEIR OVERALL SERVICE TO ME WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE NEW AIR-CONDITIONING UNIT SINCE THEY HAVE INSTALLED IT. THE WORKERS WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE WORK THAT THEY WERE PERFORMING.

THEY DID A BETTER JOB THAN THE OTHER COMPANIES, BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. WE HAD THEM FIX THE PROBLEM AND IT'S BEEN WORKING FINE SINCE THEN.

HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT EVERYTHING AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HOW TO FIX IT. HE WAS ATTENTIVE, AND CAREFUL HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR MANY YEARS, AND THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE. IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS THEY MAKE SURE IT GETS TAKEN CARE OF AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND FRIENDLY. I REALLY LIKE THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS. I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT MY UNIT WILL BE WORKING. IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS THEY FIX THEM RIGHT AWAY.
