Very friendly, professional service person, with great ideas and very helpful trying to track down a replacement mechanism for an older model power flush toilet.

We have had three different plumbers from this company come to our house, and all of them demonstrated great customer service.  They resolve the problem, and then take time to explain and answer questions.  We are very happy with this company's service.  We have used their 24 hour service once and that went great as well.

Repair went well.  Repairman explained how the original installer had done so incorrectly.  Cost could have been a lot more, but he was able to make repair using a lower cost option.
Because I could not be home at time of repair, it was very convenient that they could send an invoice.
Also, the first time I've received a Thank You card from a local business.

It was past six pm, my toilets were backing up, I was in panic mode.  I contacted them, they had Dominic out within the hour.  He came in took care of things quickly and was very respectful.  He was pleasant, calming, the perfect person to deal with my plumbing horror.  Fresno Plumbing and Heating are THE best! In the future they will be the ONLY plumbers I call. Thanks!

When flushing the toilet I could hear a bubbling sound from the drain pipe.  Eventually bubbles began to come back up from the toilet bowl after flushing.  I began to use a drain cleaning maintenance product daily but the bubbling persisted.  
 
    Twice the toilet bowl would not drain when flushing.  This occurred on days when I was watering my lawn.  I checked the lawn after this happened the second time and I noticed water pouring out of the ground outside the bathroom.  I dug about a inch under the lawn and located the vent cap where the drain water was coming up from.  I tied to clear the line there without success. 
     I dug around the lawn until I located the clean out cap about a foot from the vent on the street side.  I used the garden hose with the water running to try to clear the drain and went quite a ways until I hit something that would not let the hose pass.  I thought It might be roots so I looked up Fresno Plumbing and Heating from Angie's List.  I chose them because they were BBB accredited.
     I called about 11am they said they didn't have anyone available until 3 to 5.  They called back at 3 and said the plumber was on the way.  He arrived about ten or fifteen minutes later.  I showed him the clean-out and up front he said it would be $125.  He brought out the power snake.  I plugged the extension cord to my front outdoor outlet.  He ran almost all of the 100 foot snake before the water began draining.  He told me to flush the toilet and run water in the bathtub.  It was now draining.  He checked the manhole cover in front of my house but found it didn't drain there but somewhere else along the sewer line so we couldn't tell what was blocking the drain pipe.
     I gave the plumber my 10% Angie's List coupon and the charge was $112.50.  He was courteous and polite.  The whole thing took about half an hour.
    
    
    

.Getting to the valve involved tearing out portion of stone patio with jackhammer then replacing worn parts to the valve assembly. Job was expertly performed, problem solved. I'm very happy with the work, will use Fresno Plumbing again without hesitation. (I meant to write this Angie's review right after the work was completed, but got sidetracked then forgot about it until now, so the date of the repair is probably off).

Punctual, efficient, clean, friendly, courteous.  I thought the price was a little high, though (included elbow and gas flex line)

They did an excellent job and I thought the price was reasonable. We were very happy with them.

There was no pressure coming out of the shower in the master bath.  I called, they showed about 3 hours later. disassembled the shower and repaired it properly. It took about 30 minutes and it was done right the first time. The plumber was knowledgable, courteous and did the work promptly. I would recommend them

Called company based on Angie's List reviews.  We needed a shut-off valve on gas line to install new dryer.  We spoke about the job and he was confident he could "make it happen," and I texted him some pictures of parts and lines.  He came the next day and installed the valve with no problem.  He was very friendly and professional.  Also asked about price for cleaning tankless hot water system.  Quoted $190, so I did not have him do that since Richard's fee was $90.  Richard's could not come out for another week, so Fresno Plumbing did the dryer ($150 after Angie's member discount - 10%), and Richard's serviced the tankless hot water system a week later.  Seems that Fresno's hourly rate was higher, thus the B grade for pricing.  Very good and prompt service though.

It went great. The plumber was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He even put up with my dogs!

I chose this plumber because of good ratings on Angie's List. Great choice. Other providers have refused to work on this bathtub without me hiring someone to tear out the tub and make the fixtures more accessible. This would require a huge mess, expense and time frame to fix a simple leak. Leak was accessible, but truly difficult and uncomfortable to reach. This plumber was kind and patient and worked hours in a difficult position to fix the leak and help me avoid major construction charges. I am so grateful. Will definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs from now on.

I was quoted a labor only fee of $280.00 and I had to purchase my own disposal. The fee for replacement is outrageous. They were quick to repsond but I ended finding a handyman to replace th disposal which I picked up from Home Depot for $65.00. It ends up that a 1/2 HP new disposal and my broken 5/8 HP disposal had the same plumbing openings so no modifications to plumbing piping was needed. I recommend Dave's Do It All to replace your cracked disposal instead of hiring a plumber.You can see me review of Dave's Do It All Handyman Service on Angie's List.

The experience with them went very well and I have nothing to dislike about it. They were quick, precise and knowledgeable.

Fresno Plumbing & Heating Inc is a little on the pricey side but they gave us a discount and their quality is excellent. When I called they responded right back. Gene from Fresno Plumbing & Heating was very nice. He is very experienced, very professional, gave very good advise, and I appreciate him.

The serviceman arrived exactly at the appointed time. He was very personable, and he explained everything very well. 
His truck seemed to be loaded with just about anything he might need to solve any plumbing problem! 
It was a real challenge for the serviceman, but he never lost patience or persistence. Because of the steep stairs he wasn't able to get his 150-pound snake to the job site, but he had other options which eventually proved successful. Hooray!!! Usable at last! 
Though the entire job cost a lot, I wasn't really surprised because of the complexity of the shower problem. The person who had estimated the job cost over the phone when I first called had given me all the information I needed about expected cost. 
Would I use Fresno Plumbing and Heating again? In a heartbeat :)  But hopefully I won't need their services again for a long time!
