CONROY'S FLOWERS

I get to the funeral home & was horrified at what I saw. The banner was written on with glue & massive amounts of gold glitter & hardly legible. It looked like a kindergarten project. It was so gaudy, I had the funeral director take it off & throw in the garbage. The roses were not pink, they were not rose buds, & most of them were brown. They were the giant bulbous roses that just looked awful. The arrangement looked like they asked someone off the street to just come in & stick random flowers anywhere they wanted. There was no shape to the so called arrangement. The roses were so dead, the petals were falling onto the floor. Stems of other flowers were falling out onto the floor, the baby's breath was dried up, most of the flowers weren't even stuck into the foam. They were the worst flowers in the room and totally unacceptable. I called conroys upset & crying. They said they couldn't get the roses so just used the old different kind of roses that were not pink from the shipment they got a week ago. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Finally said they would credit me for the dead roses. NO way. Told them I didn't want these at all. Asked me what I wanted them to do. GET ME A NEW arrangement that looked like the picture! And now! Said they didn't have the flowers to make it. I told them to come & get them, I'd rather have my mothers casket have no flowers that that hideous mess. Told them I was going to find someone else. They put me on hold & said they would refund my money, but they weren't coming to get the flowers. SO if you want some great flowers & customer service call Karma Kat Flowers. I called them they came over in 10 minutes to the funeral home, saw the mess I had, asked what I needed, hauled away the disgrace that was on the casket, and 1 hour later walked into the funeral home & placed upon my mothers casket the most beautiful flowers & arrangement I've seen that I cried from happiness that it was fitting for my mom. And they only charged me a fraction of the price. They felt so bad for what I had gone through. Afterwards, all the people at the funeral home told me that they didn't want to say anything earlier to me but everyone of them said they hadn't seen such awful flowers ever delivered there before as the ones Conroy's brought for my mom. NEVER WILL GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! Be warned. I should of looked at the other reviews.
