COMPLETE CAR CARE

I have been going to this place for 28 years, from when the owner was a 1-man garage.  He now has several employees (including an office manager so that he can spend more time under the hood, where his passion is) and is completely computerized, right up to the email reminders I receive when maintenance is due.  He earned my trust from the beginning by explaining, in more detail than I wanted or understood, what was needed to fix/maintain my car and why.  As a female, I appreciated his openness and not just assuming that I should just take his word for what service needed to be provided.  This time, it had been well over a year since I'd had my car serviced, so I expected that he would probably find a few thiings that needed to be done other than the l&o.  He did, and I trust that he is not just trying to "sell" me services I don't need.  He distinguishes the urgent services from the ones that can wait (especially the pricier services), so that I can plan financially and timewise to be without my car.  THIS time, he picked up and delivered my car so that I didn't have to worry about being late or leaving early from work - even though it's a 15-minute drive (although in the past he has always given me a ride to work after dropping off my car).  This company charges fair prices, does good work and is trustworthy.
