Expand ADU

We were looking to add an ADU in our backyard here in east bay and didn't know where to start, we searched up on google and found a few companies that explained us the concept of prefab ADU, many of these companies had a entry commitment fee before they even gave us a rough estimate of how much it would cost. We got a flier of Expand ADU Inc at one of the weekend events and called them, the call was went well and we received almost all the important information we needed right there on the call, Swathi got our address and within 24 hours sent us the feasibility report that had the placement of the ADU on our site, option of floor plans, the maximum area of the ADU we could do on our site etc. The price quote we received was pretty competitive compared to the other companies and the entire process of the ADU installation was done smoothly, they kept us updated on the progress in regular intervals through emails. The best thing we personally liked about these guys is that they always kept our interest as priority and guided us in every step to maximize the rental income.
