Agreed to the project without taking time to understand, changed score party way through project, didn't approve pricing changes with change in scope at last minute. However, quoted incredibly competitively, did the work they completed very well, and was friendly and conscientious.

Miguel quoted $420 for three projects. He arrived at 8am and departed at 10:15. I thought that was quite expensive for him and a helper who was there about 1 hour making it a total of 3+hrs.

Miguel is very professional. Called quickly to make an appointment. Came within a few days to do repair of a fence. Completed the work promptly. He also fixed water sprinklers , that was such a help, I did not have to call another supplier . He will come later this season to replace a gutter.
