Dry Cleaning Service

First of all, while they claim they are a dry cleaners, they do not actually dry clean clean as they use water they pointed out when my very nice designer leggings shrank 4 inches. Then he took the leggings to the BCBG store to compare after they "block stretched" them. They would not reimburse me for the new pair, or return my money for cleaning, because they were"almost" the same. I dont know about anyone else but I don't expect my clothes to come back from the cleaners "almost" the same size
