All our technicians are now wearing a new set of gloves and booties into each home. All tools are wiped down with wipes made to kill germs, not just clean them before going back into the trucks. Hand tools are periodically dipped in rubbing alcohol to further help destroy germs. These may seem like extreme measures, but we take your health and the health of all our employees seriously. We had a kitchen sink back-up on a Sunday afternoon while preparing for dinner. After searching for an emergency plumbing service with good reviews and availability, I found Professional Plumbing, Inc. Professional Plumbing is not simply a rooter service, and I was informed that, though they were willing to help, they would not necessarily be the least expensive option. After receiving an basic estimate (indeed likely higher than a basic drain clearing service), I opted to use Professional Plumbing Inc. for several reasons. First, they were forthcoming with their pricing policy. Secondly I felt comfortable with their experience level. And, in these challenging days due to Covid-19, I appreciated the fact that they are taking extra precautions. I was contacted by Oscar prior to his arrival to inform me he was on his way. He arrived, as advertised, wearing an N-95 mask and gloves for his and our protection from the virus. Oscar was professional, knowledgeable, and informative relative to his plan for isolating the problem and the possible solutions that might be necessary, And he resolved the problem quickly. Kudos to the entire Professional Plumbing Inc team!

Chris and his guy are just extremely talented and efficient. They knocked out a few items that I needed done and I had a few simple tasks that I added last mint and was willing to pay for but they did them and didn't charge me for their time. How often does that happen? Of course, I had to offer to buy them lunch and reward the good work and extras that they performed so willingly - and did I mention without charging me? You cant go wrong bringing these two into your home to fix your plumbing issues. I grateful to those guys for the good work they did and for the fair price I received.

Mark worked very hard and cleared some plaster that some workmen had left in the pipe about 30 years ago but was causing the problem. He cleared the plaster and checked it all the way to the street ensuring pipe was open.

Nick Haas showed up at the house and figured out our issue quickly. He warned that it might be a rusted out flange - the part in the actual drain system to which the toilet attaches. However, he found that the flange was fine and that when we had our remodel, the contractor raised the height of the floor by a layer of one tile, which meant that the wax seal under the toilet was too thin. Nick quickly and easily replaced the wax seal with a stack of seals that did the trick, and also used longer bolts that threaded more deeply into the flange for a better hold. The cost was extremely reasonable, and Nick was fantastic.

I claimed an Angie's List Toilet Replacement deal for $185 from Professional Plumbing. Liz contacted me promptly to arrange a repair date. Oscar called me an hour prior to our appointment to let me know he's on the way. Oscar arrived on time, surveyed the job and honored the Angie's List deal for the toilet replacement. I added the shower valves cartridge replacements. He quoted me the additional cost and I agreed to the new total. He completed all requested work in about 2 1/2 hours. He cleaned up his work area and left everything in good order. I'm very happy with Oscar's quality of work, cleanliness and professionalism on this job. I would certainly hire them again for future plumbing jobs. I paid a total of $395.

Fabulous! It was Saturday and I was in the middle of canning fruit with dishwasher running. Of COURSE, the sink back up. I called to request help around 10:30 a.m. and before I knew it, the works was being done. Mark was thorough and detailed; he cleaned everything up and ensured the whole line was cleared before he left. Thank you!

Long story short, I had another plumber come fix my clogged pipe in the summer and they did a terrible job. I called Professional Plumbing and they dispatched someone in less than half an hour! I called at 1:50 pm and Mark the plumber was finishing up the job by 2:57 pm. Mark was the best!!! I would definitely hire these guys again and recommend them to all my friends. Reasons why I was so impressed: 1) Punctual 2) Cost was lower than the first plumber (who didn’t even really fix my problem) 3) They listen to your problems and actually addressed all of the issues 4) Great and friendly attitude 5) I have a no shoes household and Mark took off his shoes without being asked too

Chris and Oscar from Professional Plumbing showed up on time, quickly unclogged the drain line and then very carefully found the leak in the radiant heating system before repairing it. I am planning a bathroom addition and figured I would have to avoid this part of the drain line but Chris inspected it and said it could work if I install a 4-inch cleanout which would be easy to do when we remodel that particular area. This is a much less expensive solution than running a whole new drain line to the sewer main which is what I thought I would have to do.. I highly recommend Chris and Professional Plumbing and would definitely use their services again.

Great. Done in one day. Used quality materials and added valve for future sprinkler system. Got another quote for $5,000, and Professional Plumbing quoted $2,950. Only criticism is that I wished they saved more grass to put back on the trench they dug across they yard.

The waste line from the washer was overflowing when the washing machine emptied out. Marc D. arrived on time, neatly dressed, very friendly. He examined the issue, found that the washing machine drain line was overflowing rather than leaking (as I had suspected initially). Luckily, there is a clean-out specifically for the laundry drain on the back of the wall. He opened the (painted-over) clean out and snaked it twice with the electric snaking device. He than tested the drain twice. No more overflow. The drain was flowing well. Since then I have used the washing machine multiple times. Problem solved!. I was quoted $ 145.- for the work and paid $ 130.50 with a 10% Angie's list coupon. I am very happy with this company and the work they did. Highly recommendable.
