We hire Ideal Stripping do our parking lot in the city of orange!! We thought the price was more than fair! They're estimating staff was very fast and thorough. Pedro in the office did an excellent job scheduling around our busy parking lot schedule. They did 1/2 for parking lot and then came back and did the other half so that we would always have parking!! We can't say enough about this company. Do your parking lot a favor and higher this professional for Seal Coating and Stripping Joe Vasquez

Pedro and his crew are paving artisans. This is no exaggeration! With over 35 years of construction experience I have never had a paver lay pavement down with a 2 foot level to insure proper grade is met. And this is exactly what they did. The process is by no means production work, but when its done there can be no arguing it is correct. Pedro, Thank you.

He showed up on the agreed date and time. Did a very good job .i gave him a second job, installing the neared domes for handicapped access. He did a great job and was on time.

Pedro was very responsive and punctual. He and his assistant did an excellent job for our parking lot, Pedro is also very knowledgeable about his craft and we will definitely use him again.

Pedro did a great job with the two coats of Slurry, striping and parking stop paint. If you are a property manager looking for a good vendor to do work in your parking lot, I would recommend him. I believe he also does residential. This is the second time I have used him and will keep using him as needed.

The only blip was that after I paid for Angies online Special, I was to be contacted--I assumed by phone.   Pedro did contact me by email  and had suggested a date,   I hadn't noticed the email.  So when he showed up I was surprised, but it worked out Ok.
I was happy w/ Pedro and was surprised that in addition to the driveway, he also took on an asphalted  bank below a block wall coverd w/ creeping fig.  Prior to cleaning and coating this, they trimmed away some low foliage, using tools I provided.
Pedro was friendly and helpful,, his team was proficient and did a nice job of cutting in the lines between the asphalt and the concrete on three of the sides.
I had received some prior estimates, and the $375 special was well below other estimates

Pedro was professional from start to finish and went above and beyond my expectations.
His workmanship, tools, equipment and crew were top of the line.
I would recommend him highly to anyone doing asphalt work!

The whole road is great! The cleaning was critical for rubberized sealing the largest cracks and it was done really well.  It had not been slurry coated in at least 7 years.  Because it is a private road and all the residents had to sign on, it took a while to get the job rolling. Rubberized sealer and two thick coats of slurry were applied and it looks like a new road. Very pleased with Pedro's conscientious attention to details.He also generously included marking 3 speed bumps with white paint gratis. His prices were very fair and any questions I had were fully answered before and during the job. We are all satisfied on this road and I recommend him and will use him again.

At first it was hard to get a hold of Pedro. But once I did, he advise me on a lot of things I needed to do before I should do have any asphalt company do the work. We had some ADA compliance issue in the parking lot, which was erroraneous done by another large asphalt company in Orange County about 5 years prior. This other company knew they did the ADA stuff wrong, but they still did it. Of course at the time the property manager of the property didn't know much about ADA stuff. I don't either, but I know when something is wrong or doesn't look right.
Well let me say that Pedro gave me some valuable advice. He told me to get a CASP inspector to do a report to see what the issues were and how to correct them. I did that. Due to some delays from the owner, we ended doing the resurface of the parking lot and fixed the ADA issues about 10 months later. Pedro suggested to resurface the parking lot in two phases so the disruptions to the tenant's business was to a minimal. The project was finally done at the end of September 2013 and I have to say that it looks great! If you are wanting to get a quote, make sure you get one from Pedro. He might not be the cheapest, but he did the job right. And that is the most important part, since there is a group of people out there trying to nail the landlords with any ADA compliance issues. If they get you, that lawsuit will cost you more money and you have to pay someone to do it right again. So spend the little bit of money up front, so you have no worries later on. Thank you Pedro. Terrific. Fast estimate. Scheduling was flexible. Work was done neatly and quickly. Billing was fast and accurate. Nice people.

I was very happy with them. They were very easy to communicate with and very upfront. He didn't go over what he had quoted me. He actually went above and beyond what I asked him to do. The price was great. I actually shopped around and he was the best price, the most for the least amount of money.

Arrived exactly on time and got to work after examining the driveway. They completed the work quickly and neatly. The results are as good as we expected.

All in All, I thought they had done a good job. They showed up when it was scheduled, and did what was promised. I would definitely use them again when necessary.

Very nice people.  My husband doesn't think they filled the cracks enough, however, they did explain, that it might be a problem.
I felt they knew what they were doing. They were very careful not to inconvience us.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience.  We actually scheduled them for an earlier date but had some plumbing repairs scheduled around that same time.  Unfortunately Ideal Striping arrived but we weren't ready for them.  Instead of being upset and driving around an hour to get to our place and then having to drive back to their business during morning rush hour, they were very understanding.  We were very happy to have them reschedule a time and also stay with their original bid. 
They were able to restripe our parking lot in one day and the number stencils that they used matched nearly exactly with our original old numbers.  It was a terrific job and our parking lot looks fantastic. 
We couldn't be happier with their work, especially considering that we inconvenienced them when we first scheduled them.
PS They were able to give us a quote over the phone, sight unseen.  That was great for us since no one needed to meet them at our place during the day for their estimate.

Had Asphalt, Slurry and ADA parking requirement work done to the shopping center.  They were punctual and did a very good job.  They took the time to explain what they were doing as they did it.  I would recommend them to any property manager or property owner that is looking for a company that can do asphalt, slurry and striping work.  They were very accommodating with the entire process..
